Yes, but who's on your crush list?
P.S. you need to get rid of the "you bore me" line.

Love means never having to say you're sorry. I am the first to admit that never should have used the emoticon. No good can come from emoticons.

But I realize that I have been going about it the wrong way. I am like the kid on the playground who keeps going up to the girl on whom he has a crush and punching her in the arm, because he is too socially awkward to actually flirt. Share? Then why did I just shell out another $60 to sponsor this "community" for two more weeks? Because nobody else did, that's why. I thought the first time might spur some of you to pony up..but noooooo. Cheap bastards. Yammering on about your jetsetting, high falootin, "I get to spend more money than anyone in the world on clothes," fancy schmancy mixed drinks lifestyles and all the while secretly PMing each other to say "hey let's get TF, the beer-swilling sucker from the patch, to carry our bags for us so we have more money for pisco sours or mojitos or whatever else people who don't care to throw cash to LawTalkers drink." You all are just lucky that I am still so angry with our bullpen and (not doing shit) manager to feel slighted by you.

And that's the last time I wear silk when meeting Shape Shifter for lunch. Dude, lay off the omega-3 supplements.

Cornell University says to use dry cleaning solvent. NFH says throw it away, get a new one, and never eat pesto for lunch again. Or salad with vinigrette. Cornell stain removal database

This is what you do. Don't put any water on it. Sprinkle liberal amounts of talcum powder on it. Wait several hours (overnight, maybe). Then gently brush the powder off. Usually, an oil stain on silk can be removed that way.
If you're at a loss, club soda and salt.

This sounds strangely titilating. And prurient, in an a way that has no redeeming social value.

Confidential to Pretty Little Flower:
only flower read please-
maybe I'm too thin skinned also, but those of us on East Coast time have been getting beat up by our bosses and other lawyers for a hour longer than you, so sometimes we're in a vulnerable place later in our day, and you're still at a mid-morning buzz when everything is possible. maybe if you keep your meaner posts to the earlier hours it would be better. fwiw I hope things do work out with you and your crush- whomever she/he might be!
you don't have to change much really, like the post I questioned:
rather than the this is funny/this is not, which I hope you see was hurtful, you could say "I really thought your post was clever and funny." Anyone here would take you saying they were funny as a humongous compliment, because everyone respects your sense of humor! you could then say "Oh, before i forget, I think the smilie face detracts from your post, FWIW." people here like when you use acronyms- it makes us all feel like insiders.
have you read "Queen Bees?" it about junior high in groups- and the fashion board is definately a place where there is the in group- most of us are out, but you are an insider, you are a close friend/confidant of the queen bee! when you attack- it stings!
so anyway, it sounds like things will be cool going forward

Did they fire Bobby Cox and hire a manager? When did that happen because I missed it?

Someone mentioned that is how em hears it in ems head when reading it, and it struck several people's fancy. I am beginning to find I have to restrain myself from saying it to people in the real world now. Damn the FB!
