New buzzwords

Heard on a conference call this morning: "cascading" and "granularity." Seemed awfully geological for an MBA-type. Is there a helpful book that takes an aggressive posture towards populating itself with the entire universe of these buzzwords? I need to keep up.

Not surprisingly, people I know who spend a lot of time in the air never use that description. And "red states" is easier.
No. "Red States" is like "Monday Morning QUarterback", LThink outside the box", "Phoning it in" and "Paris Hilton" for term that is completley overused and unoriginal. It is way past its sell by date. Didn't you get the memo?

You're such a tease. (And don't think I'm not reminded of my own version of this game -- I know I've told the story -- about the game "Perfection"?)

Quick, call Rusybroek. I think I am getting rimmed.

On this list I wouldlike to see such greatest hits as the NFH song that triggered the SS parody. I would like to see Sebby's post where he states that most people would mainly agree that he is mostly correct that I am anti fake tits out of jealousy and longing that i wasnt so flat chested. And who can forget the post wher Atticus declared that anyone who gets tipsy is shitting on his bed? I think Flower maybe had a agood post this year but not sure if it would make a list. Anybody up for the compilation?
I think that all of those posts would be rounded out by your post that was both coherent and relevant and my post that added something to a discussion other than simply sniping.

Had this last weekend and plan to get more. At $23 (BevMo), a little more expensive than most of what I drink, but very yummy.

N.B. -- It's their Rockpile Road zin -- better (and more expensive) than some of their other zins.

Just say "what?" when you hear those words. Conveys the appropriate "talk like a fucking human" message to the asshole.

The minute any douchebag starts talking "synergies" and "allainces" I usually get that "Fuck, this guy's got no fucking money... next thing he'll do is offer me is equity for services" sinking feeling. I haven't been wrong yet - lingo and cash tend to be mutually exclusive since April of 2000...

...but then again, cash and this city have been mutually exclusive since 1945...

Don't go! It's a madhouse out there. Those people are insane. Insane!

I knew that I never leave the loop, but I forgot the reason. Never again! Jesus Christ, it took me a fucking HOUR to get back from a simple trip down I-10.

The only redeeming factor was that as long as I was all the way out there, I was able to stop at REI on the way back and get those tee-shirts. Sock person, whoever you are, they are fairly nice.

I'm still traumatized. Honestly, how on earth do people commute through that mess every single day?
