There was also Toasterman and his little sidekick whose moniker I forget at the moment. From the sheer cattiness of his comments, I think Who Would the Lord Do is probably a gay man. And I like him. I picture him as sort of a Carson type.

Sometimes a bad picture is taken. Her expression is what is fucking that picture up. It's like she's imbetween a smile and a serious face and it was snapped at the wrong time. Just let the facial angle theory go already. She is beautiful.

Actually I think she looks bad in both photos, but worse in the orange dress one. Her nose looks big, her chin too pointy and eyes off-kilter.

1. Quoting an entire post in your response, unless used to specifically to antagonize someone on the board, like me. (Thanks again, WWLD.) Just cut out what you don't need, people!
2. Long-ass posts on several different topics. Stop trying to keep your post count down by combining unrelated thoughts. Serially posting is love.
3. Acronyms!

Where is your place on the societal pole? And is this pole shiny and silver or am I thinking of something else?

The only club I've been to here, Centerfolds I think, seems to suck. The girls all dance with all their clothes on, and don't seem to get nearer than 3 feet to you. This sucks. It's like watching a Sports Illustrated swimsuit video instead of having a hottie get you off. So, the big question is: Where to Bostonians go when they want to have a good time?

Since I remembered hearing about a place called the Fuzzy Grape (which apparently doesn't exist anymore), I just tried to google it and came up with this little resource which seems to include discussion forums.

Happy trails.

Post counts are a corrosive and stifling influence. I suggest you do away with them forthwith.
(Mostly, I just wanted to say "forthwith" today.)

In other news, I watched For Love or Money last night. The friend was pretty annoying. I completely agree with Paigs that Chad is a hottie. He had some weird hair issues in some of the early episodes, but it seems to have worked itself out. Poor Rob. The producers must be rubbing their hands together trying to figure out if there is any other way they can exploit him before the show ends...
|
I flipped to and from between the disappointing tennis match and Who's the Gay. Franklin is still straight, still hot (and even hotter in those eyeglasses if that is possible) and James is in on it. Wes has the third worst nosejob I have seen on a man after Bloomberg and some guy I used to see at STratton Mountain all the time. The other guy is kind of cute but has left no impression. This show has no element of suspense whatsoever. They need gayer straight men next time.
Chad is amazing. I used him in a little paigow on paigow session last night during a commercial.
I miss Laura from Cupid. How's my baby doing?

Speaking of trailer parks, I got an invite to an art installation in a trailer park. The opening is on Saturday. Anyone in the Houston area that has nothing else to do this weekend might want to check it out. It looks like there are 19 artists involved, and they found a trailer park in Deer Park to do the installation. I imagine that it will have tremendous kitch value. At the very least, there's always free booze at art openings.
PM me for details and directions if you're interested.
Edited to add the part about the booze.

Journal of a Post

So this is the first time Paigow attacked me, and I knew I had to respond, or I'd forever be her bitch- like when I did that prison stint. I though the process I went through in ultimately getting to a non-confrontational response might help other newcomers who are attacked in the future, and wondering what to do. The following is a Journal of my drafts/thoughts as I went through the process. These are not posts, so please don't take them as finished work, or quote them, etc. I post this only for research purposes.
Problem is, about a year ago, Paigow was kind to one of my socks when everyone else was mean. I have always felt kindly towards her for this, and at first didn't want to attack her.
So, my first thought was something tying into the school thing that would let me keep my head up, while not really attacking her. Something like:
"Listen Heather, you ain't flunking me noway. I'm not in your class (however defined). I'm the new guy who gave up trying to join. Maybe I just left shop class to pee, or I'm cutting class or expelled, but I'll still be on the playground, and you'll still have to call your friends for cover, and I won't be hurt. All I'm trying to do is bother you, so I don't care if you don't let me play."
Then I thought, no, I don't feel like that was adequate. I asked myself, how do I really feel about Paigow? First thought was a line from Alkaline Trio's Crawl:
Never had a drink that I didn't like, had a taste of you,
Threw up all night......
So then I tried to get a response that conveyed that feeling. I know lots of people call Paigow skanky, but I don't see her that way. I think she is clean, or as clean as she can get given the rolls of fat.
I had 2 psych classes in school (at an accredited University), so I'm pretty good at predicting what people are like based upon things like forums posts. I'm pretty sure Paigow is severely myopic, like -9.5 diopters. She has glasses that are 3/4 inch thick. She would like to try the lasik, but like much of what "she'd like to do", in the end, she is too afraid.
If you ever meet her though, the immediate thing you'd notice is that she has a weight problem. That's why I had to laugh when one of the other posters said Paigow knows what runner's high is; Yeah, right. She weighs between 240 and 275 lbs., I'd estimate.
So, anyway I was going to do something like:
"Paigow, you great cow! You never played boxball or any other sports at school. Your Coke bottle glasses couldn't help with your pathetic, wild swings at the ball. Plus, just carrying your fat ass made you sweaty enough. And the only thing you ever did "quick" in grade school was to sneak into the boys bathroom to show little Johnny what you claimed to be the first tits in the 3rd grade, when really they were just fat; not secondary sex characteristics."
So, I was going with that, then I thought, I don't want a war with her. It's almost like she doesn't have a job. She posts dozens of very long things every day. Most of the others with 1000 posts do real short thoughts; not Paigow, its always long. I can't get into a flame war with her, because ultimately I have to think of my law practice. So, in the end I posted something more circumspect.
I hope this journal helps other in working through whether/when to get into forum flame wars. I've choosen the high road, and will not.

I am flattered you think I put thought into my posts. Thank you.

I don't think Brian could possibly be the straight one because in an early show he freaked out when one of the mates (a straight one, of course) admitted to being bisexual. If Wes is straight, I'm hanging up my gaydar once and for all. It is possible though.
|
If Wes is straight, I am never posting again. That is the gayest nosejob I have ever seen.
