This may not be an appropriate time to quibble about typos, but if I am to be the inspiration for your signature line, can you change "struting" to "strutting."

I really think so
Hey, TM:
If a #1 or #2 starter isn't worth $51m just to talk to, is a #4 or #5 starter worth $26m?

Thanks for the helpful hint, Capt. Obvious. That was sort of the point of the post, don't you know.

No. And we really aren't that close now.

"I would like to send my condolences out to Catherine Altman, Robert Altmans wife, as well as all of his immediate family, close friends, co-workers, and all of his inner circle.
I feel as if I've just had the wind knocked out of me and my heart aches.
If not only my heart but the heart of Mr. Altman's wife and family and many fellow actors/artists that admire him for his work and love him for making people laugh whenever and however he could..
Robert altman made dreams possible for many independent aspiring filmmakers, as well as creating roles for countless actors.
I am lucky enough to of been able to work with Robert Altman amongst the other greats on a film that I can genuinely say created a turning point in my career.
I learned so much from Altman and he was the closest thing to my father and grandfather that I really do believe I've had in several years.
The point is, he made a difference.
He left us with a legend that all of us have the ability to do.
So every day when you wake up.
Look in the mirror and thank god for every second you have and cherish all moments.
The fighting, the anger, the drama is tedious.
Please just take each moment day by day and consider yourself lucky to breathe and feel at all and smile. Be thankful.
Life comes once, doesn't 'keep coming back' and we all take such advantage of what we have.
When we shouldn't..... '
Make a searching and fearless moral inventory of yourselves' (12st book) -everytime there's a triumph in the world a million souls hafta be trampled on.-altman Its true. But treasure each triumph as they come.
If I can do anything for those who are in a very hard time right now, as I'm one of them with hearing this news, please take advantage of the fact that I'm just a phone call away.
God Bless, peace and love always.
Thank You,"

I'm pretty sure that everyone here at 18 could spell, more or less, and knew a little something about punctuation. Most probably even knew when to use capital letters, more or less.

You know, it's easy to take cheap shots at the occasional typographical error in a letter written by someone who is obviusly being torn apart by grief and despair. But maybe the better approach would be to see through the typos and grammatical missteps to the message that she is conveying -- a message of hope and humility. Maybe if, when you woke up this morning, you said a silent thank you for the opportunity to breathe and be alive and experience life and living, you would not feel the need to throw your petty stones after spending your day trolling internet celebrity news sites. Maybe it is time for all of us to take a page from the book of Robert Altman, because he left us with a legend that all of us have the ability to do. And I don't know about the rest of you, but I am going to use my abilities to the best of my ability, because I just realized that I have a little legend-doing to do, while I'm still breathing and alive and have the chance.

How did Altman get an inner circle? I want an inner circle.

I think she quit school way early. I can excuse inability to spell, and capitalization (because if you don't read much, and you just see like signs and stuff, you could be completely confused), and punctuation -- but I would think she wouldn't be putting together sentences with words that just don't go together.
All of us spend a lot of time reading stuff that is spelled correctly, punctuated correctly, capitalized correctly, and has words that go with each other. And probably we all did when we were in high school, too. I don't think she really went to high school. But she does, like, live in the world, and now I'm wondering how people she is around talk.
Maybe she was high.

that and she probably had bad tutors on the set. wasn't she a child star? I'm not excusing her, she has enough minions that if she knows she is bad at that stuff get someone to edit/proof, mark up
