How could you forget "Rainbow Connection"?

I still don't understand not having the mustard. The cop must have thought you were from somewhere very far west of the Hudson, where the wonder breads live, to have denied you the mustard.
I trust you've had it with mustard since?

A failed attempt by Steven Bochco to combine what we all love: gritty cop show and glitzy musical numbers. Think about Sipowitz suddenly stopping mid-arrest to burst into song and it will be hard to fathom what went wrong.

A firm "Holiday" party with no booze?!!? What's the point? Because you don't spend enough time with those assholes already? Plus, how do you get any good stories? Just ask ABBA.

"The Piano Man," "Mr. Bojangles," and "Unchained Melody." Oh, and Hendrix's "Manic Depression."

Not many five year olds like mustard, in my experience. I have most certainly had them with mustard in the ensuing 38 years.

Mercifully, no. But thanks for the update from everybody's favorite vast cultural wasteland.

Fantastic show. The actress who played Fay Furillo (isn't she Mrs. Bochco?) was the corrupt mayor. I remember watching the first episode when the mean cop arrested a group of black gang members, and the arrestees broke into a rap song evocative of "Fight The Power" -- something about having all the power in the streets or something. It was like an updated "West Side Story."

I am so going to regret this...
Why are we engaging in this waltz exercise?
