a lexiographer creates new words- what's the term for someone who creates new grammar rules? maybe she's one of them?

That would be "rebel grammar timmy."
AoN, some just called me "cupcake" and then "poptart" which is the more annoying of the two?

Ok, I let it go the first time because I assumed it was a typo. But twice can't be an accident. You call yourself a patent attorney?* You should give up your reg. number.
Lexicographer, indeed.**
CDF
* I'm guessing your technical background is 'mechanical.'
** For the (thankfully) uninitiated, it's a well-known principle in patent law that "a patentee can be his [her] own lexicographer." I'm somewhat worried for Hank's clients.

at work I have spell-check. but Congrats! You've finally proven you have value- sure you can be replaced for about $20 at Circuit City- but still there's that value.
Is there a coupon for your services? can I have two? the staff at my building forget to fill the TP dispensers sometimes

Attention to detail, Hank. You lack it. And you apparently don't appreciate the irony in not knowing how to spell "lexicographer"...particularly in our field.
Do you have spellcheck for your foreign filing dates? It's per se malpractice to miss one, you know. I hope your house is in your wife's name....and that your computer is in yours. Maybe they'll sell it to help satisfy the judgment.
It's only a matter of time.

Would you buy a suit from JC Penney, too?

Some of JC Penney's suits used to be made by Hickey Freeman.
I bought a light gray sharkskin once on sale for $134. My second-most positive-comment drawing suit.

from what I hear Alden are the best. Allen Edmonds is a close second. My next shoes, I will try a pair of Aldens.
I bought my first pair of AE in 1995 and I still wear them at least once a week.
all of this fashion talk makes me wet. I went nuts clothes shopping today: summer suit sale at J Press so I can look like a grandpa then 2 suits from Paul Stuart, shirts from thomas Pink.
Visa put out an APB on my ass.

I'm utterly indifferent as to whether you think I'm your "enemy." I'm surprised you're not utterly indifferent as to my opinion of you. I know you're not that insecure about your intelligence... IQ, Harvard, and 'running score' allusions aside.
As for "long-term fight," whatever. I've only posted intermittently in the last three years. You've posted ~10,000 times during the same period. When I'm around, I'll mock you if you act stupid--just like every poster does with everyone else. When I'm not around, you can say whatever you like. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.
Toodles,
CDF
(p.s. if you think pm's mean anything, PM Paigow and ask her how much she enjoyed her four-year running battle with me. I had a great time. ![Smilie](http://www.lawtalkers.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif) )

I luuuuv Paul Stuart they have beautiful suits. JPress is real old school, poplin suits and seersucker. Thomas Pink is having their annual sale. Why didn't you stop @ Brooks? Same area. Paul Stuart the wool is amazing. like super whatever-count. sharp. I hope no black shoes with either poplin or the seersucker that is my pet peeve along with loafers/slip ons with suits. blech.
Also Charles Tyrwhitt is in vicinity having annual sale also, and I am told same maker as T. Pink. heh.

When Century was closed post 9/11 I ended up at J. Press to refresh the rotation. I still have and love my grandpa suits. They are straight out of (sorry - str8outta) 1924 and thicker than a phonebook (both winter suits, admittedly, but damn).

- Police: UCF Student Set Dorm Fire To Meet Women
A student at the University of Central Florida is accused of setting a fire on campus as a way to meet women, according to a Local 6 News report.
Police said Matthew Damsky admitted to lighting a couch on fire at the Academic Village Dorms last week.
Damsky told officers he hoped he would be able to meet women as the building was being evacuated.
He was arrested for arson and booked in to the Orange County Jail.
There were no injuries in connection with the fire.

Um, not to get technical but CPI or PATTSY spits out your convention, foreign filing and anniversary dates as is on your docket. I haven't been in patent in a while but that has not changed. Same with form letters to client regarding same.
