The site went live March 28 and allows users to "curse to your heart's content" while sharing inside information about law firms and salaries,as well as general opinions on politics, sex, fashion and the like. The split with Greedy Associates, which is owned by West Publishing, wasn't so much because users couldn't bear to discuss firms without swearing. It was more a protest over how the new policies were instituted. 'To have things run a certain

That's it. (Any typos are mine).

hehe, that's actually pretty funny. A boston paper did a funny one too. I have an interview tonight with Amlaw.
This is all kind of wild, you know?
Thanks so much for going to the trouble of posting it.

Those two have absolutely no shame, but this did make me think about something. Not that you would want to remake this movie, but if you did, who would you cast in the roles of Rick and Ilsa?
More often than not, Hollywood hypes the next up-and-coming star as the next so-and-so, but I am at a loss to think of any actors today who have the same qualities as Bogart and Bergman. Who do you think comes closest? I'm going to have to think about this one a bit.

Aye, Bee, See
Note: This post is not at all about sex. This post seeks medical advice, which, as we all know, people on this board are qualified to give.
I have worn gas permeable (hard) contacts since 1987 (not the same pair, but the same type) but lately my eyes have been exceedingly sore. Moreover, I cannot read road signs, I squint at my computer screen, and I cannot read the clock or channel on my T.V. I could not even tell that Ralph Fiennes had a hairlip when watching Red Dragon--I was very confused about the plot because of this until I mentioned to my companions, "Why is Ralph Fiennes complaining about his face?"
The optometrist claims that the reason my prescription does not allow me to actually see is that the lenses curve my eyes so that he cannot get a proper reading unless I don't wear the contacts for two weeks prior to the appointment. I would gladly do this, except my glasses prescription is even more archaic and I can't drive, read, or even exist without getting an extreme headache if I try to wear them. I think I want to try soft contacts. Has anyone here gone from gas permeable to soft lenses? As I recall, back in the day gas permeable were my only option due to my astigmatism and the football shape of my eyes (as opposed to spherical).

Did I know that this was a vote in? I thought for sure that Alannis Nosejob and her future ballscatching fat unemployed slob in an Italian Dinner Suit on the couch husband would win with the judges. But I bet America likes the blondes better. Probably pcik them to punish tony for so blatantly using poor sweet cacking billie jean for sex. They dont get the dinero unless they wed, right?

No one has it. All these people who remake classic movies should be taken out and publicly flogged. Next thing you know, some idiot'll decide to remake Wizard of Oz with a sophisticated, worldly Motown singer as the innocent Dor....oh, wait.

I am sorry, but I think the guy is really cute. I HATE his hidous collection of sleaveless shirts and baggy pants and House of Pain hats though. From the neck up, with a haircut (and I like his hair a lot), he could be your dentist Dr. Sidney SHeldon from Syosset Long Island. The confounding part is what nice Jewish boy ACTUALLY (and I dont mean in a fantasy) puts his dick in every shaved puss in Van Nuys? And dont say any one who can, bc I bet even the great Chef wouldnt. (admit it cheffie).
And I cant believe we appear to be the only two people who watch this show on this board. Its got fucking, tits, fake tits, sex toys, women squiriting and greed all in one half hour.

Your optometrist is probably right about you needing to stop wearing your contacts so he can get a good reading. I have disposable extended wear contacts and had been wearing them pretty much 24/7, with one night off a week. The opthalmalogist told me he couldn't get a good read because my contacts had molded my corneas to their shape and I had to cut way back on wearing them for 2 months before I could get a new prescription.
You'll probably need to get new glasses, getting as close as possible to a good prescription, then wear them until you can get re-fitted for contacts.

I would go with Ralph Fiennes and Rene Russo. First runners-up are Andy Garcia and Kristen Scott-Thomas.

Thats great. This will be their (third?) movie that they make together that is a disaster. I saw the review from the first one I think two weeks ago on salon and havnt heard of it since. Then Jersey Girl should come and go real quickly. This ought to destroy their relationship. If people didnt watch Tom and Nicole in Far and Away. how do these two assclowns have a chance?
I dont know who is the more obnozisous Hollywood couple- Ben and JLo, or Tim Robbins and SUsan Sarandon. It almost lmakes me long for the days of Tom and Rosanne

I also wear gas permeable lenses and have astigmatism. I've heard that the lenses do change the shape of your eyes but have never heard that as an excuse for problems getting to the proper fitting. This seems fishy to me. FWIW, I've been talked out of switching to soft lenses in the past because your vision will not be as sharp and soft lenses actually deprive your eyes of oxygen and gradually kills your corneas.

The remake has to be a joke. If it isn't, then I really hope they do it so they can finally kill both of their careers completely and then we will no longer be subjected to their "acting."
Assuming it must be done, you would have to find actors who could carry off the combination of smoldering sex appeal and emotional reserve -- while being excellent actors.
Plus, they need to have a little bit of age and experience or else the story doesn't make sense.
For the male role, I am feeling Viggo Mortensen. Or maybe Jude Law, Linus Roache, Kenneth Branagh, Russell Crowe, or Mel Gibson.
For the female role, how about Diane Lane, Jennifer Connelly, Gwynneth could certainly pull of the emotional reserve, for Americans. Or, Sophie Marceau might be good.

What show is this?
Oh, and Paigow, I hope the guy looks better on tv than in that photo. He looks kinda toolish, but it could be the shirt.
