I saw the clip of her initial statements. I don't watch The View, um, ever. And I'm not her target market. But she isn't the one coming off like a total ass in the Trump vs. Rosie deathmatch. She may generally be a jackass. I have no opinion.*



*Other than that she was occasionally amusing when she was the host of that comedy show on VH-1 (?) back in the day. 150 pounds ago and before she left the closet. She even wore make-up, I believe. Not a laugh riot, but better than at least half of the stand-up folks who she introduced.

The local is deserted at lunch, but they will still (despite the "no substitutions" notice on the menu) make the filet of sole dish with chicken instead of fish. The salad was served in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT BOWL, though. Not sure I can handle that.

I don't watch The View either, but I have this nagging feeling that as residents of the Greater Los Angeles Area, we are supposed to support, however grudgingly, the Donald twit instead of the Rosie twit.

Sure, Rosie probably resides in some Hollywoodish gated community and might do some worthwhile chartible shit of some sort, but OTOH the Donald - even though a NYer blowhardish carcicature of a person - has given us a nice golf course.
