Yeah, but then he was the only thing (other than Uma's TITS!) that made "Be Cool" watchable. OK, Cedric was funny too...

I've suggested to Flinty that he rotate "My apartment smells of rich mahogany" into his pickup lines, and since then he's been picking up the starlets by the truckload.

Surprisingly, I thought Anchorman was highly overrated. Carrell was great, however, and I can't wait to see The 40-Old Virgin: http://www.the40yearoldvirgin.com/

Don't ruin this for me, man! I've been watching tv with the sound off for months in order to avoid trailer-sanctioned spoilers! Where the fuck do these movie companies get off playing 30 second snippets of films before they actually hit theaters? Can't the FCC stop these shenanigans?!!

I think it does a pretty good job of capturing the eclecticism of the 90s (though it really needs some Snoop, Dre, 2Pac, Big, NWA, Mack 10, etc.). That said, if you're going to have a list like this, Fastball's "The Way" is a huge omission.

A friend of mine was Owen Wilson's roommate for awhile, says he's a smart, funny guy. My sister partied with the three Wilson brothers last year when they were working on Luke and Andrew's film in Austin and reported the same.
Wes Anderson went to my high school, and Rushmore was filmed there. He went out of his way to remind people that the screenplay was co-authored with Owen.

This was very confusing, coming right after a Str8 post.

I have not seen the commercial. I've been too busy kayaking.

Not everyone is a tv-junkie, you know. Some of us do things like playing computer games and watching DVDs.

Rip Torn killed in that flick. His character in the Larry Sanders Show was the greatest.
Shit, that reminds me of the greatest exchange in sitcom history (paraphrased):
Hank: "Well, it was an acccident, Larry."
Larry: "You tripped, you fell, and your penis just happened to go inside my ex-wife's vagina?"

Carrell was fantastic in Anchorman. He's never been my favorite Daily Show correspondent, but he was fucking hysterical in The Office (please don't complain to me about how the Euro version was so much better... I know... Everyone knows).
I want to know where Steven Colbert's show is. He was supposed to be doing some show after the Daily Show every night (to fill in space left by Chappelle). But I haven't seen even an ad for it yet.
Colbert needs a movie, bad. He should have played a sleazy reporter in Anchorman. His Daily Show bits are alwasy just unreal (although Corddry, Ed Helms and Samantha Bee are running close behind and getting better every day).

Once a person has stated that he finds the best 5 albums ever include one by the Beatles, REM, U2 and Springsteen is it really necessary for that person to make a post saying how he finds some other annoying pop tripe "catchy?"

What ever happened to Beth Littleford? Best Daily show reporter ever, and nothing since

I am still shocked that PLF found those records to be his favorites. It's just unpossible. Could somebody explain it?
