I had a dream the other night that one of my exes became a weatherman and changed his last name to some cheesy stage name (I think it was Weathers). I found this out when his (changed) name popped up in our conflicts sheets because he was represented by my firm for some reason. This particular ex has ridiculously straight teeth through caps and silly floppy metrosexual hair style and, frankly, the idea that he might become a weatherman was not that far-fetched to me.
He is also the ex who was living off of a trust fund despite the fact that the rest of his family worked.
And while I'm on the subject of exes, the slimy ex that I mentioned before who called me discussing leaving his wife right after she gave birth has started calling again. Found a message and several hangups on my home machine last night (I don't check that machine very frequently b/c everyone I care about calls my cell). Does the board suggest I ignore him and hope he stops calling? I have no particular interest in keeping up with the goings on in his life.

Don't rush to judgment on her ogre-ness......the bitch gave me nothing. Anyone else?

Did I call her an ogre? I don't recall that.
And who listens to NPR anymore. Besides you.
It's just that I was ordered to give all of my charitable donations to anyone but Salvation Army by my friends, and I have stuck to that. With the exception of the stair-climber that St. Vincent DePaul declined to take.
eta...no thrasher. I didn't get anything either. Bitch.

Clearly, the boy had some sense. What was his problem, aside from his fop complex?

Wie Wie Wie, all the way home
Okay, I'm surprised no one has commented on what Michelle Wie did on Friday. It was flat out amazing. She missed the cut by one stroke. Amazing. She shot better than Annika. The field was quite deep at The Sony. She is a girl (read: not a woman at the top of her game). She is a child. Unfuckingbelievable.
If she had made the cut, it could be argued that it would have been the most impressive thing ever to happen in the modern history of sports. I'm floored that it isn't being talked about that much. Floored.

now that could be fun. except that his odiousness and arrogance really come off better in spoken word format. as an example, the voicemail he left the other night mentions that he is "in Boston, good old Beantown, and just concluded giving a seminar..."
ugh.

I'd call him just to berate him for being such a tool.

maybe that is because she weaseled her way in on a sponsor's exemption.

I don't typically berate. I'm more of a mocker. See above.

Not much of a mock. A better mock might perhaps be:
It's golf. TM. Golf.

Nope. I was innocent (and not so desperate) back in those days. Besides we were just drinking, no one was being deposed.

What a shame. I would happily depose John Cusack. It's the sense of humor. Very sexy.
