Does anyone in the NY metro area go to Woodbury Commons? I love it there. I've really found some amazing bargains. Cole Haan shoes, Burberry, Dana Buchman. Ann Taylor Factory Store. They have Zegna, Ascot Chang even, even that white shirt store Anne Fontaine or whatever.
Actually, I was thinking about buying a Longchamp "nylon" bag with leather straps. Any good or bad feedback?

I have walked in there a bunch of times and have never bought anything. Clueless staff, shit quality, bad fit and that fuucking dork on the commercials FIIIIIIFTY PERCENT OFF!

Used 2 b better 7 years ago. For example, at the Brookls Brothers outlet, they now have a completely different line. I bought 1 suit w 2 pants to knock around through the spring and summer but it won't even make it through the summer w/o looking like piss, hence yesterday's extravaganza.

By the way, can we all now agree what was obvious to me within an hour of my getting one -- that the Palm Pilot is an inferior technology?

Apropos of brands/clothes/nothing, I have a nice tie that I picked up in NYC at Jay Kos for $160. It's pretty nice. I also have two ties that I picked up in some tiny closet store near Piazza Barberini in Rome for €6.90 each. They are beautiful, and I can't tell the difference in quality b/w the Rome ties and the Jay Kos.

They pull you in and make it difficult to look away. They make you wonder what is behind their gaze. A sense of eerie awe comes over you in their presence. The fear they give you when you pass them is stunning. Behold the beauty of the tiger."
This is news to me, but apparently you can't walk 10 feet in Malibu without tripping over a tiger, and the fear they give you when you pass them is stunning. Someone might want to explain that her HDTV isn't a window. Those cowboys and spaceships and tigers, that's just a TV show, hun. That's not all happening on the beach behind your house. She must have been so disappointed the time she ran outside to meet Jesus. "But he'wa jus here. Come back, Jesus, come baack!"'

That's the first post that's made me laugh out loud in quite some time. (The analysis is what made me laugh, not the Brit-iocy). I'm going to have to use that some time -- "You know, your HDTV isn't a window."

So there you are.

You must like him. If not you'd replace him with a large dildo. Or check out the Sex Toy Expo:

(spree: not a link to the Expo, but a story from Wired about it)
