I think it's Jane's Addiction in a rout. No contest. I'm putting Ritual de lo Habitual on my "top five most meaningful albums to me" list (along with Let's Dance, Lion and the Cobra, Doggystyle, and Yankee Hotel Foxtrot). But I'm genuinely curious what other people have to think.

I would have to say Nirvana. People I know who generally have no patience for grunge/alt like Nirvana, myself included.
Pearl Jam and Soundgarden sucked. Any chance I had of ever liking them was killed by Houston radio, which played nothing but Tejano, country, bad club/dance music and a format that I like to call "All Pearl Jam All the Time."
Jane's addiction has never really done anything for me, except for their first commercially successful single. As for the Pumpkins, they are one of the few reasons I have for sometimes wishing I lived somewhere other than Chicago.

That's all well and good, but what the fuck is wrong with his nose? Why doesn't he get it fixed? It's not like if Barbara Streisand got a nose job. His, objectively speaking, looks deformed. No one would look down their nose at him if he were to get a nose job.

Maybe imperfections (at least innocuous ones) are endearing.
And if I were uploading your desktop background screen to demonstrate, I wouldn't be so quick to criticize.

I hate the thing he does with his lips. The pursing, and the way he talks, seem so affected. I wonder if he does that when he's just hanging out with pals. He seems like he would be fun to hang out with, but I don't enjoy watching him on screen, whether playing a role or promoting one.

I think they would. Plus maybe he just doesn't care and/or he likes it. I don't really care for him, but I like it. Stuff like that makes a face more interesting. Like scars, beauty marks, etc.

She gets a lot of bit parts. I think she was the annoying next door neighbor on Method & Red. (And wow, what a great idea that series was.)
But the best Daily Show correspondent is either Carrell or Brian Unger. That guy was hilarious. They all copied him.

We have an IM program that we use internally at work. It doesn't have the "BUZZ" feature that Yahoo! has. I miss that.
I want to buzz people today.
Dogs woke me up at 5am because we had 5 bucks (deer) in our backyard. they suck.

2. Especially scars.
Does Letterman still have that gap in his teeth?
I like Jewel's fucked up tooth:

I still listen to the Pumpkins and Jane's Addiction. Nirvana has held up well. The rest sound dated to me.

If you called them Bucks, you wouldn't have to put the explanatory "(deer)" in. Did they eat anything.

Generally I agree, but the Owen Wilson nose thing is sort of distracting. I kept watching his close-ups in WC for him to be at the exact angle where the nose looks like it has a butt on the end of it. He did more penis angles than butt angles in that movie, but there are definite moments when there is apparent butt cleavage on the end of his nose. Weird that.

On the upside, he can snort coke around corners.

Yes, I was distracted by the nose-butt cleavage too, come to think of it.
