Real Fashion Question

I'm at a loss what to wear with casual jeans and such once I can't wear flip flops. Which I love with my immacuately kept feet and pedicure.

I need something with no laces to slip on to wear with Jeans. I hate clunky black shoes and a lot of the slip ons have too much "shoe" in the front making my feet look like big black whates or some such. I think I hate leather too. I can't seem to make it through the Zappos site but found a few. What do you think. Or something different you'd recommend? I want low or no heel (I have sexy boots for other occasions, including crazy stilleto boots). This is just to become one with my outdoorsy or casual style. In colder weather, I like a bit of an eskimo look so fake fur trim is good, but then I guess I should rely on the Ugg boots for that.

Thanks.

These in light blue or brown (to go with blue jeans) Click on the blue thingey to show the shoe in a different color.

Slip-on Chuck T's (no laces) in either navy or brown

Sebago Boat Shoes in Navy, Bone or Dusty Blue

Ithaca is gorges.

And ncs is just fulllllllll of fucking with people who apparently aren't getting any tonight, with her many asterisks. I can't even BEGIN to untangle it. On the plus side, it took me only about 12 min to get home tonight, and a total of 30 to get from work to the local. On the minus, they seem to charge me for everything now, and on the way home, I got stood up. Or canceled on. Is there a difference?

I trust anything with the acronym NRA. It is Dallas, as everybody knew all along.

Suck it.

I almost quoted to that. Seriously.

Only Alison (the somewhat snotty blonde) was at the local tonight.

I don't like any of those shoes. If you put a gun to my head and made me choose one, I'd go with the boat shoes.

But I'm like the anti-fashionista (though my oldest niece did approve of my jeans this weekend) so perhaps that means those shoes are all perfect but the boat shoes are the least perfect.

Probably so. You may have seen her in a McDonald's commercial. She's high class, bay-bee.

Yes. It was the best show on network TV last year. It would be a crime that Connie Britton didn't win (let alone get nominated) for best actress except that The Wire didn't get nominated and the Emmys have lost all credibility.

Well.....suggestions are welcome on shoes to throw on with blue jeans when one is going to very casual places (like pumpkin picking with the neices, hitting the supermarket - that short of thing) are welcome. Those came up on a "most popular" link - I don't really like them, I just want to wear something other than the torn up things I slip on when I walk out. Just remember, when I advised you on paint I gave you alternatives, woman, not "ahhhh no". The THANKS I get!

I like the Chucks. The boat shoes seem a little preppy to me, NTTAWWT. I kinda dig that look sometimes -- gives me that whole flashback to high school and my unrequited crushes on the future Tri-Delts and Junior Leaguers who wore them at PHS.

If you're looking for something outdoorsy, try Timberland -- my wife has a pair that look similar to these: http://www.timberland.com/product/in...entPage=family

i think it is a matter of volume of occurence. Like when there was only 1 or 2 trees, people didn't need to name species, that wasn't necessary until there were forests.

for most of us stood up can equal cancelled, for several of us the terms have been offensively more than defensively.

Of course, I am sensitive enough to realize that you need to catagorize. do you break the "stood ups" into "from home" and "at the place"?
