Yes. Throbbing oak tree. That fits my analogy perfectly.

The average quality might be better if you posted more often.

Fuck. You.

I was at Court all afternoon- what should have been a short motion call (back by 2), turned into a long bull session-

the other side had just gotten some new loafers. All of us piped in our opinions- the Judge had some strong opinions on AE as it turns out-

anyways, typical Friday afternoon, and what you expect when a bunch of high powered lawyers get together.

Conf to Wonk- I told everyone about the different lasts, and I think the Judge was impressed!

Our genes and hundreds of thousands of years of evolution push us to want it. To ensure, like every other species, that we give life the best chance to succeed. Every single day, we fight against what every known lifeform strives to achieve, spreading our seed in as many places as possible, so life can continue on after us. So, stand up, (faithful) men...it's hard goddamn work being us.
I've never heard such eloquence. <sniff.> You've got my vote for whatever it is you're running for. You need a soapbox and a street corner, my brother. Preach on!

Yes, but laydees who get starry-eyed about commitment don't usually like cheaters.

Perhaps. I tend to think that fringey is right, though -- us married guys are just practice flirtees for the babes. Sparring partners, if you will -- used merely to tune up for the main event.

I still think it's more a "flirting without having to worry he's going to want to go home with you" thing.

If he's still talking to you, he probably wants to go home with you. But b/c he is strong, he chooses not to.
