Ty, i need a ruling. I don't read a newber's post for content, just as a platform for my jokes. I think that means I technically can't whiff, no?

This post is like a double-whammy for the FBI. It's your funeral.

Bush didn't get the memo...

Top international intelligence officer says top treats are in places Bush is ignoring, not in Iraq. . But Bush, of course, didn't get the memo and contradicts what our actual intelligence operatives are telling him.

How odd. I would think that Bush, like most people, would want a treat.

Why aren't the D's working to eliminate farm subsidies?

So they can get reelected?

Same reason the Rs don't: Iowa primary.

The Rs seem to have kept the porkers fed despite having both houses and the Presidency. But they've left some bigger messes to clean up, too.

And why aren't R's? Is this a partisan issue? I wish it were, in the sense that I wish the D's were going to move on something that the R's screwed up for the last several years, but it's not like the farm states are all red:

Best PR statement ever?

"We can categorically state that we have not released man-eating badgers into the area."

-- UK military spokesman Major Mike Shearer, referring to Basra.
