Actually, it looks more like a fly-eyed picture of beelzebub. So maybe he's an arch-duke of hell, rather than a saint.

No, Beelzebub looks more like a corporate GP.

That's why I'm thinking that he's gonna plead insanity/diminished capacity to stand trial if the facts are totally against him. If it's a he said / he said thing with the kid trying to stay out of the limelight, he'll probably go for the "oh woe is me, I'm so misunderstood and people like this bad little boy's parents want to take advantage of me, just like dad did" defense. (Note: I can't remember if you can plead insanity on anything other than murder, and I'm not looking it up.)
After Dick DeGuerin got that guy off in Galveston last week, I'm surprised that his name wasn't immediately associated with this case.
That poor kid. His life is going to get much worse, not better for this. His parents should be taken to the wall for letting him go over there.
(Note: I have to stop using the damned "note" paren)

This was already done as an episode of Law and Order. And the kid on the show was sick, too.
You'll know something is up if his older brother comes foward to testify.

OK, so I missed the Great Wall, and the Incas, and the "sunset on somethefuckwhere thing". But, that's all. I did all the other shit. But, TM probably will find some way to make that sound middle-class-white-bread-boring. I'm just glad PP stays around to prod him. (No, that's not "prod" like she "prodded" Slave.)
TM's probably done all that just on TV.
(And he complains that the Jacko shit is just pandering, while he favorably reviews fucking reality TV. Physician, heel, thyself.)

So I was reading CNN and came across this interview with Jermaine http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/11/20/cn...son/index.html
I didn't think much of it until I read that his brother isn't eccentric.
Isn't eccentric? In what fucking world would that be?

Australia is definitely on my must do before death list, and I would kick myself if I came back without doing this, despite my relatively manageable fear of heights. But I won't be alone -- supposedly, many people use the climb to conquer their fear.
Now that there is some good marketing.
And I'm fucking out of Ambien.

Jonanthan Brandis, of SeaLab DSV and Ladybugs the movie fame dead in apparent suicide.
LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Jonathan Brandis, who from an early age appeared in a string of roles on television, commercials and film, including the starring role in 1991's "The Neverending Story 2: The Next Chapter" and two seasons on Steven Spielberg's "SeaQuest DSV," has died. He was 27.
The county coroner's office is investigating the November 12 death, which was reported by the Los Angeles Police Department as a possible suicide, Lt. Ed Winter of the coroner's Investigations Bureau said Thursday.

I went through that realization dammit. I would just like to block out that realization with heavy doses of mind-altering substances whenever I happen to think about it, if you don't mind.
If that pervert ever came within 10 states of my nephews I'd have his spindly wraithlike androgynous body beaten into the ground.

Ooooh, Bilmore's back! Yay!
But he's somehow different. An Angry (or at least Cranky) Bilmore. One who uses multiple bad words. Unprovoked Thurgreed bashing. Hmmmm. It's like that episode of ... oops, almost refered to a TV show. Hahahaha -- that would have been amusing.
Anyway, so where has Bilmore been? In the NB&A office pool, Fenwick picked "busy with trial," while I went for "following Government Mule on tour." We all laughed at Big Ed when his money said "rehab at Hazelton," but after seeing the above post, he's looking a little smarter...
