How the hell are all you people getting money back?!? I'm putting off doing my taxes until the last moment, because I know we're going to owe, it's just a question of how much. I always file on April 15, so that the government makes ME an interest-free loan, dammit! (A loan to me of my own money, that is...) |

We're idiots and haven't adjusted our withholdings despite getting money back every year. We know we can't be trusted to use that money wisely if we get it little bits at a time, so we might as well let uncle sam hold it for a while and then it's like Christmas in April when we get it all back.
