FWIW, doing anything at 5 AM opens the door to becoming superior as it gives you the rest of the day to throw in a second or third workout. No one gets superior on an hour a day or one workout a day. Although certainly a size 6 or less is attainable on an hour a day, regardless of the time you do it.

Which is not to say that makeup can't help, but when it does, that means I have not noticed it.

If I ran twice a day, plf and the lady near me told me if I kick it up a notch I'll be down to an 8 in no time. more mileage, faster pace, more weights, stricter low carb, no eating at night ever, and just kicking it up to that next level.

Granted, he was an alcoholic, so his judgment is suspect, but there's a high rate of alcoholism in the profession, so perhaps that is why the lawyers are "flirting" with ppnyc.
