No. Then it would have said:

When I see a really fashionable pair of Armani pants in my Departures magazine, and so I call up the salesperson that I know at Armani, Giovanni, and though he tries and tries, he cannot locate a size 26 left anywhere in the States. So they are flying a pair in from Italy, but they won't be here in time for Thanksgiving, when I wanted to wear them with my new Prada boots.

Did I recently get married?

Did you at least send me a nice gift?

I agree. I don't know why I continue to go to musicals because the only one I've ever really liked was Rocky Horror Picture Show. Which I've only ever seen as a movie. But when you're at the drive-in it feels live.

I liked Spamalot and Hairspray, I suppose, but that's just because I liked the movies, I think.

I am sticking to opera. Which I'm going to tonight. Yay for me. Although it's long and my ass will hurt eventually.

This one? dtb going with?
  • Elements of Style, the opera
Strunk and White's Elements of Style (full text, Amazon), a briliant, indispensible text for anyone who wants to write clearly and well, has been adapted as an operatic cycle of nine songs to be performed at the main reading room of the New York Public Library on Fifth Avenue, beginning October 19th.

Ask sunny if she can give you advice on how to make your ass fatter. That would probably help. Plus, you'll get more compliments from the brothers.

For some reason, I thought you had. Man, oh, man, am I ever easily confused these days... I can hardly tell north from west.

And yes, I did. Of course. My mother raised me to be a lady. Or I would have, anyway.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.
