Yeah, that'll be fun.

I cook. I don't do tools (except for a certain subset of power tools, but those I know how to use). I got people I can pay to fix my car.

As a cultural thing, and stereotyping wildly, I suppose, men get to cook, while women have to cook. Small wonder it's more fun for us.

Maybe you need a watch. I have a simpler method. It takes four minutes to finish a martini. I have the first olive when I put the tuna in the pan. The second olive is at the halfway mark. When I finish refilling from the shaker, I take the ffish out of the pan.

Yes.

God, you remind me of a hilarious episode from the early '90s of the Mr. insisting he was going to put up some shelves - how hard can it be? Turns out - much like basic cooking - not hard at all if you've seen it done once or had it decently explained, but he hadn't. He now has an office lined floor to ceiling with shelves on 3 walls, and believe me he didn't lift a fucking screwdriver.

See, now you're speaking my language. It takes me three bottles of wine to roast a chicken on the grill. We just need frames of reference to which we can relate.

Fortunately, I know how to repair anything. I simply ask the right question: "Would you take a check or do you prefer Visa?"

And some Ohioan with a timer thought he could make our lives simpler. It just goes to show, the tent is far bigger than we all realize.

Every time you talk about martinis I get a little queasy.
