Anyone see it? I think it lacked the depth of the book and I hate when they give those old character actors (Michael Caine) an excuse to chew scenery (pull my finger). But....it was pretty fucking bleak (just how I like them) and Crimson King's "In the Court" automatically leaves you profoundly depressed for the rest of the day so I got my money's worth.

I saw it. I felt a desire to immediately go out and get pregnant afterwards. So far, no luck.

I thought it was excellent.

With that review, I think I'll pass on it.

I read "Brave New World" for my neighborhood book club and that fulfilled my monthly quota of depressing books or movies. Made me want to go on a soma holiday.
