We Love Dick

He's taken his share of cheap shots over the years, so today let's all give it up for Dick. Heck of a call from the man in red. And this coming from a guy who didn't have dime one on this game (but still had a very good Sunday). I think just about any other coach in the league (except for maybe someone like Jeff Fisher at 2-6 or Mike Holmgren at 1-7, and probably not even him) would have kicked the FG and gone to OT. This not only gives him a win, it sends a message to his offense and to his team that the coaching staff believes in them, and that they're playing to win. Watch for a surge from the Chiefs over the next few weeks.

True. Sorry.

ETA: Damnit. I'll never get the hang of this.
More troubling is the widespread use of "Damnit" on this site in recent weeks. It's becoming the "loose" problem of 2005.

It's either "Dammit" or "Damn It" - but never "damnit"

Why make Hank go to any trouble? Slave will gladly adjust your sig line and location for you. Its his contribution to the board.

Really? Why? I'm guilty of this.

2. A quick board search for "damnit" brought up a lot of my old posts.

Thanks. Been wanting to hear that. I think his rhymes needs to be in times. Sloppy. Not very hard hitting. Sounds more like what some suburban kids put together for a high school project.

The free throw refernce on Friday was nice of you. If only everyone knew it took me best of 7 to make it happen...

Between ABBApalooza and Cabo, I really think that I destroyed some sort of organ. I spent most of yesterday shaky and feeling a bit green (a la ncs on Friday). Understandable, I suppose, after being destroyed for ABBApalooza and starting up again with wine at 10:00 am on Friday due to the "aww, it's almost your birthday let's bump you ahead of the other platinum flyers and give you two an upgrade" angel at American Airlines. Must have been all downhill from there, as I found a picture on my camera with me wearing Viking horns at some point during the wedding reception and a picture of the cake cutting ceremony that I do not remember attending.
