It totally depends on the surgeon and the way the surgery was done. I know a plastic surgeon that has breast cancer, and her inplants were totally fucked up because of the way that the muscle was attached to the inplant. The problem was that the surgeon that did the mastectomy also did the inplants and it was a fairly fucked up job. They were too far over on her rib cage, partially because so much breast tissue was removed due to the mastectomy. She couldn't find another plastic surgeon willing to redo the surgery for her.

And finally, Larry shooting the re-take scene with Martin Scorsese where the pube gets caught in his throat.
