Proof that Sebby is ahead of the curve

Personal grooming down there
Trimmed looks are in fashion -- for men, too.

That guttural scream you hear rattling the door of a back room in your local day spa just may be coming from a man getting his pubic hair waxed. Yes, it’s true. Men are grooming, uh, down there.
The woman who started Hair care down there said she had no idea what she was doing and bought fetish magazines and went to a strip club (at least that's what she tells people).

“The girls had all these different looks,” Pfleger says, “like the landing strip, the smoothie with nothing in front, the Brazilian with everything off in front and back, hearts, the Charlie Chaplin with just a little patch above the clitoris. So I decided to create a guide on how to achieve them.”

Beverly Hills skin care and waxing expert Nance Mitchell says she has about 50 regular male customers who come for pubic waxing “and they are not gay and they not porn stars,” she tells me before I have a chance to ask.

“Some go totally bare, some just do the shaft and up around the pelvic area," she says.

OK, not that anyone will answer - but are you guys going with the trend? Have you waxed? Just shave or trim? Would be fun to know.

I believe that just counts as a "pervert." Does that disqualify him?

Unless he dies from having sex with the kids, isn't it in? The preexisting condition has to be the cause of the death, no?

I dislike the term cunt. It just doesn't sound right and I never think it, much less say it. And that's the truth.

I can't say that I've never referred to a woman as a "girl," but I've never done so in anger. But, I think we would probably agree that using such a term doesn't mean I'm filled with rage towards women. Using a slur intentionally is pretty different.

What does that mean? It sounds like you're making my argument. If you know it's the most insulting thing to say ever, and you use it like the annoucer used it or the heat of an argument, then you can't really be shocked, can you?

You can bow the arms back out again when I'm done. It's not my fault your melon is so big.

I think we have that already. If you stick to the larger classifications, you are pretty safe. If you call someone from asia, Asian, you'll be okay. The few times that you offend a Kenyan by calling him African-American or a black guy because you don't call him African-American (or whatever other example I'm sure someone will dig up that is not representative of what typically happens) you're probably still in good shape with that person.
I seem to have run into a few "Caribbean-Americans" who get quite pissed if referred to as A-A, which has made me somewhat nerveous about it. Someone tried to explain to me that it is a whole "thing," but [picture me shrugging]. The black/AA thing seems mainly to be a generational shift, though, so I tend to go with A-A for people of my generation or younger and black for people of an older generation, based entirely on my no doubt faulty and blind presumptions about people's preferences based on age, but it does seem to get me corrected less often. I don't find there are that many reasons to refer to someone's race, really, so I can mainly just stick with avoidance tactics.

MJ is fair game. I was concerned that he might not be when I made my picks in the death pool on which this one was based, but he doesn't have any of the disqualifiers that were listed in the rules. I really wanted to add a picture of him from last night's South Park to this response, but stupid Comedy Central hasn't put one up on its site yet.

So, why are you hiding it? What'd he say?

Overlawyered.

As best I can tell from this article, the following is a breakdown of the current population (44) of Pitcairn:

13: Charged with sexual assault/sexual abuse of minors.
13: Minimum number of non-conflicted defense counsel for same.
3: Members of Supreme Court.
1: Minimum number of QCs.
1: Minimum number of trial court judges.
1: Bailiff/court reporter/clerk/courtroom deputy/Girl Friday.
12: Potential jury venire.*

I think if I were giving closing for the Crown, I would hammer home the twin themes of "The per capita crime rate is skyrocketing" and "We've got to send a message to the zero royal subjects not in this courtroom that crime will not be tolerated in a nation founded on betrayal and mutiny."

*Taking the article's word that the victims and their families are presently non-residents.

(I assume you mean Saturday--if not, then I'd better say fuck you to you)

Does anyone watch the draft, beyond maybe the first pick? I know the cliche "like watching paint dry" is overused, but its use to describe the draft is quite accurate. It is simply inexcusable that the first team to pick gets more than 1 minute to make their selection, and the next 5 teams should get no more than 3 minutes each. It is incomprehensible to me how they do not know, for the first few picks, exactly whom they are going to pick, and what the backup plan is.

Worse, how unattractive must your alternative entertainment be to actually go to whereever the NFL studio in new york is to sit and watch and wait and wait and then cheer or boo your team's pick of an interior lineman over a tight end, either of whom may well never play a down in the NFL? The only thing that makes you have less of a life is if you drive to the even in a Miata or Mini.

I know people who plan on watching the draft and will watch the entire thing. I don't understand it. I might watch until the Bears make their first pick.

I might watch until the Giants make their first pick. I hope it is the first pick.
