Fun with Photoshop

http://www.worth1000.com/cache/conte...toshop#entries (Spree: contest to take modern products and display them in a vintage light, through advertisements, packaging or even the product itself. No nudity, though some scantly clad vintage posters)

I liked some of the Viagra and Apple ads. And I loved the GasX ad. Possible avatar source material.

Images like that are made by connecting a series of pictures and having it loop through them over and over.

I like it though I think it is a great avatar.

If you are going to say nice (and unfunny) things like that, then get off the board, 'kay? Everyone here is PMS'ing today and we don't need that shit.

Freebie for creative types out there

I think this would be a good bit: You know how there are all these psychologists out there? Well I think I'm going to be a reverse psychologist . . . (from there, it pretty much writes itself). Anyone doing stand-up? Or writing a screenplay? Go ahead and take it, it's all yours. I don't even want credit or nuthin.

Anne

I did not realize you were a spinster. How many of us does that make now? We got me, Replaced Texan, ltl, RP, barely, fugee, sparklehorse (?) and we will have sequels in about a year if she ever starts posting here. Am I missing anyone? How many manspinsers do we have? The only possible ones are Shape Shifter and I dont have all his facts, and the FBA assuming the guy is in his thirties. What conclusions can we draw?

1) Prespinsters are more likely to enter the law than premanspinsters
2) men will marry anythinhg while a spinster has socioeconomic consideratinos
3) the law makes you a spinster (ie office ass, hideous glasses, procilvity to use big annoying words)
4) spinsters tend to procrasticate, so instead of gettin gout there and reading the rules and how to land a man by the time you are forty and/or doing your job, you are posting here.
5) prespinsters are foolishly careeroriented yet lack the foresight to realize that they are going to be alone and in a job they hate rather than married and having children and in a parttime job they hate

You can't get enough can you?

Why do your posts always sound like they're posted by a little girl (and not Michelle Wie)? "except he yelled about the last 10 moving avatars...most anti-moving avatar poster ever!" Jesus fucking christ. Do you act like such a little bitch in person too? "But bartender, I was next! You can't give him a beer before me. Last time you said you would take care of me. It's not fair!"

The reason why I didn't like the moving avatars was because they drew your eye. I chose that one because it is so dark and the motion is so minor that it shouldn't distract while a post is being read. In fact, it's hardly noticeable unless you're looking right at it.

Yawn

Could you people be more boring today?

Did anyone watch AI - Houston last night? Why does Paula always get the flu? Is it really the flu? Was she just getting her teeth whitened again? Has Simon got a beer belly now?
Could they have ranked on Houston any more? Are there hundreds of really effeminate guys in Houston or did they just decided to show them all having a hissy fit on the same show?
