Actually I had all of those things lumped together, but whatever. Would it make you feel better or worse to know that she has had lipo since that photo was taken? Within the last year.

What do your employers do for new fathers in terms of allowing baby-related leave? I'm unofficially (i.e HR doesn't know about it) getting what I think is a generous deal: use up one week's vacation, get a second "free" week off, and "work from home" for two more weeks. All paid at 100%.
What do firms do these days? Other employers?
