For the record, Penske (or whatever nom de plume he's going by these days) was not NotMe.

Remember CBS- you can create evidence as long as it likely tracks what documents would prove if they did exist. that will lend credibility to yuor sites.

Perhaps because it was Orrin Hatch who suggested she be nominated ("advise and consent").

New Rankings!
Here's my new list:
1. Janice Rodgers Brown
2. Edith Jones
3. Sam Alito
4. tie: either one of
(i) John Roberts;
(ii) Michael McConnell; or
(iii) Emilio Garza
7. Michael Luttig
8. Larry Thompson
9. tie: either
(i) Harvey Wilkinson; or
(ii) Ted Olson
11. tie: either one of
(i) Richard Epstein
(ii) Richard Posner or
(iii) Frank Easterbrook
14. Alberto Gonzalez
15. Edith Clement
16. Ken Starr
17 tie: either
(i) John Ashcroft
(ii) Robert Bork
In the case of two consecutive nominees getting shot down I would opt for the nuclear option, Orrin Hatch.
Anyone else care to go on record?

Bork - I have always kind of liked him
Why isn't Robert Bork higher up on you list? What is it exactly about him that you don't like?

Why oh why did my 401k die?
I put in $600 a month and have my assets diversified over cash, small cap, large cap, g-bonds and c-bonds and still, I haven't seen an increase in the asset value this year.
Am I mad? I could be spending this on an E-350 or something.

Is this a ranking or a prediction? Epstein/Posner/Easterbrook have the same chane a sStarr, Ashcroft, and Bork, which is 0. Of course, they're not getting down to no. 12, which is why Gonzalez should be up a lot higher on the list.
I think Gonzalez is the pick. Edith Clement as dark horse.

I haven't bothered with one in my life. Its nuts, but I just don't give a shit. I gave money to a relative developing land in Arizona instead. If it works, it'll return more (now) than the 401 would ever. If not, selah...
Retirement? I should be so lucky...

How many people do you think the Clintons have killed? Do you think the murders since Bill has left office are more or less despicable than those leading up to the Presidential run? In essence, the more recent murders could be characterized as "retirement planning."

Manage it like a low grade sarcoma. Hit it when it pops up. Keep it in check.
We won long ago. Bush is a fool to call his campaign a "war" on terror. The terrorists are like people throwing eggs at a parade going by. Sure, they're an annoyance, and they create temporary anger and disruption. But in the end, the western marketization of the world is going to trample Islam into something akin to Christianity and Judaism - a personal religious choice with no place in the state. We need to start bombing the Middle East with more Western culture. That shitass religion of theirs can't stand up to a flood of Grand Theft Auto, Hummers, Levis, MTV and HBO. Get these people on McDonalds and Budweiser and everything will work itself out.
