The side view angles look like we are giving Osama and his ilk the big finger. I like it.

Sign that I'm truly spending too much time on these boards. I had a dream last night that I was changing planes in DFW, and thought to myself, in my dream, hey, I should check and see if NCS or Shape Shifter or any of the other Texas folk have time for a beer.

does this mean that baldness is a desirable trait amongst the youth? noone could appreciate a fine phillippoussian look? to me Timberlake looks like a pansy version of Andre Agassi.

Or just go on the irs.gov website and get your own copy of publication 502. I'm sure you will find something. (note, the publication specifically says that dancing lessons are not covered, even if a doctor recommends them. in case you were wondering)

Also, your plan may or may not have elected to start covering OTC drugs. Check with your HR people. I don't have a copy of it in front of me, but somewhere on the IRS website there's a copy of guidance as to what is covered and what isn't (e.g., vitamins are not covered but I think Nyquil would be). I doubt you could get rid of the whole $600 that way, but every little bit helps.
You should double-check with the HR people on stuff that's kind of off the beaten path -- some employers write their plans to exclude stuff that could be covered.

Atticus' poll. (heh)

Maybe I'm the only guy who liked the show, but I really enjoyed the characters and storylines of Northern Exposure--you had fish out of water Dr. Fleischmann, individualist bush pilot Maggie, Cool cat DJ Chris, friendly young genius Ed, blowhard Maurice, and salt of the earth bar owner Holling, and his ditzy beauty pageant child bride Shelly. Plus a bunch of other fully-realized characters, like Rutn-ann, Marilyn...etc. Pretty good storylines for the first 4-5 seasons, then quality started to suffer.

In answer to your question, Paigs, it appears she is still selling well by most standards, but is probably selling less of her new album than its predecessors...
The current Billboard 200 Album Chart lists her new CD at #10 after 4 weeks, down from #7 last week. It also notes that the album has been certified double platinum already (2 million sold).
As for the rest of the list, well, let's just say for the most part it does not bode well for the current state of popular music...
1. Ruben Studdard
2. Alicia Keys
3. Now! That's What I Call Music 14
4. Toby Keith
5. Josh Groban
6. Outkast (6 million copies + sold)
7. Rod Stewart
8. Hilary Duff
9. Sheryl Crow
10. Britney
11. Clay Aiken

Atticus's poll.
I can't believe nobody has mentioned The Facts of Life or the Golden Girls, particularly as they (brilliantly!) represented the life stages of women that are getting the most airtime on the FB lately.

I like JT and his music (not all of it, but the Pharrel affected songs, for example). He is a talented person. I bet you just don't like his style. Say La Vee.

His music sounds like it was purposefully creatd to be jingles for cheezy ads. Liek for Bally's. doesnt sound like legit music. and that hgh pitched whining? what exactly is his talent?

Mass Transit
Houston Metro has announced that it is naming its HQ, located along the new light rail line, after departing mayor Lee Brown. I supported the light rail initiative, but I am a little uncomfortable with the train pulling into the Brown Station. nttawwt, of course.

True.
Pardon my attempt at humor given the subject matter, but in that case it might be mistaken for the headquarters of the New York City Cab Drivers Association...

The Sheryl Crow entry is a greatest hits package, IIRC.

I'd likely have time for a beer for any FBers passing through DFW. For future non-dream reference. If I had to pick an airport to dream about, it would not be DFW. No offence.
