And there is actual real silicone in there that I have heard feels good for blowjobs. This surgery hurt and took a long time to heal and there were some complications.

I get botox every six months or so. This can hurt a bit. This is not surgery, but I think it falls under the vanity umbrella.

I'll probably get an eye lift or something when I hit 40. Apparently the key is to get it before you need it -- that way you don't end up looking like Joan Rivers.

you may be a model but everyone second hand I've heard describe you never uses beautiful only "striking" and "tall and thin" so you go with your bad, botoxed self.
