Important Moral Question

So why would you want to waste your own time looking at a house you have no interest in?
My guess is that she is thinking of eventually buying in the neighborhood the house is in, and wants to get an idea of what one can get for $X.

You are only wasting the agent's time in this situation if there is absolutely no chance that you would ever buy any house where she was the seller's agent, or ever hire her as your agent (buyer's or seller's), and you can't know that until you meet her and see what kind of market she works in.
When I asked "How are you?" (after responding to same question from her) she responed "I'm blessed." This makes me never want to use her as a seller's agent . . . but I made the appt. anyway. I did tell her honestly that my current house is not on the market.

Flower, bless you for your patience in trying to give NFH remedial lessons in financial common sense, but don't tire yourself out. It's hopeless.

You can do that on the internet.
They have virtual tours. Pretty cool actually.

More flavor, too.

Perhaps he could be persuaded to post-pone Sausage Awareness Month until April or May, when the faithful and the new converts can enjoy sausage with abandon?
I have no problems delaying my gratification. Although I was looking forward to displaying my wares to leagleaze.

His brilliance is incredibly attractive. Thank god he's a manspinster. I'm working on my spinning hippie chick skills. I hope to have them perfected by the spring thaw in MN so I can come up and seduce him.

This seals it. You should not be concerned with wasting this woman's time, as she has indicated that she is the type who would waste yours, if given half a chance, by proselytizing.

Perhaps some day she'll invite herself over to your home for coffee and conversation to "return the favor", so to speak.

I agree with Burger.

ETA, I think it's irrelevant whether the house is occupied or not. Sellers and agents do not need to know your reasons. Sellers also know that there is always the possibility that they will have to clean/leave on a moment's notice when selling a house. As long as you're not an ass and spend hours there, I say no problem. Besides, you may "fall in love" with the house and buy it anyway.

Not of this particular house, which is one of only two houses available in the entire neighborhood in question. The other one is quite different (and unappealing to me) so even if there were a virtual tour of it, it would not be helpful. The unappealing one is for sale by owner so I doubt there is a virtual tour of it.

I don't go for the McMansion crap where the builder has virtual crap tours. Because that's crap.
