Than Why Did You Skip The Political Part Of My Post and Only Address The Religious?

From what I've seen their basis is the beginning assumption that miracles, prophesy, and Jesus's resurrection from the dead could not have happened because they don't happen now. With that starting point, they vote on whether they think things in the New Testament actually happened or not. Heck, you all could do that and come out with about the same results.

Alright, a quick google shows pretty much overwhelming derision of these dudes, and one or more of the first sites I saw suggested that these guys are creations of the media promoting self-promoters. I have no opinion on their credibility or whatever either way (heck, I don't even know what the Pope wants be to believe about literalism). Anyhoo, it was brought up in the context of questioning sacred documents, like the Constitution.

Just in case anybody isn't watching the News
Fallujah has started.
On another note of reconciliation, I saw a Democratic congressman criticizing the administration today by saying Fallujah should have already been flattened. Bless his heart, where was he 3 months ago. Y'all needed more voices like his.

I think the first thing the clowns will do is unleash everything they can towards Israel to increase their credibility on the savage streets. Afterwards, there is simply no structure or history of democracy, nor an appointed successor or process for finding one. So yeah, ultimately it turns to civil war.
The worst part for me is that (I'm not sure, so correct me if I'm wrong) there are many, many, many Palestinians with great educations who could do something if given a chance. No matter, I'm still drinking that beer when its official.

I think high, but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.
Suha is apparently having a meltdown. I guess she hasn't been able to get all the swiss bank account numbers, yet.

I have felt uneasy all day thinking about what the Coalition forces will be going through in the next few days to weeks.
I heard about a great group that is about helping those soldiers injured in Iraq and Afghanistan. If you have the ability to donate, I can't think of a better group to give to:

I'm looking forward to another story of Marine snipers lying prone on a rooftop, listening to Metallica and shooting anything that moves. Supposedly, orders have given to shoot anyone driving a vehicle or carrying a weapons. The more the better, they already told the civilians to flee, except for adult males who were told not to carry weapons or drive cars.
But I'll pray for the safety of our people and true civilians tonight.
Hello

Rove
Rove may a good point on the Sunday shows this morning, bucking the conventional wisdom that the polls showed this election was about morals. Although it is true that 22% of people polled said that morals were their highest priority, Rove thinks this is misleading because if you combine those who said the War on Terror was their biggest priority with those who said Iraq was their biggest priority, that issue was significantly above morals. Similarly, if you combine tax cuts with the economy, that too polled above morals, but below WOT/Iraq.
This is why he is the Man.

Then no doubt the Bush Administration will have no problem telling the Christian Right (currently in a rather loud mid-strut about the moral goodies due them) to calm down, because this election was really just about WOT/Iraq.
Right?
