That Peeping Tom link to the African plain (or whatever - I don't know, because I CAN'T SEE IT) doesn't work for me, but I don't need your fancy webcams to see greater and lesser koodoo. I can see stuffed ones in the halls of taxidermy at the AMNH. You think those displays are so cool, until you realize, "Huh. Someone killed a baby giraffe for this display."

What about "kudos?"
The infants on Dailykos use that term officially on the website.

Because he never committed a foul that warranted a card throughout his long career? I haven't watched enough of his games to find out, and I never intend to.
What makes that interview so amusing to me is that Maradona, having probably just come out to poolside after huffing lines of coke, receiving unsolicited fellatio from several Argentinian beauty queens and betting on the fixed result of the next Boca/River game, admits to the biggest goody-two-shoes in English football history that he punched the ball into the back of the net and sold the goal to the referee. Meanwhile, England has been stewing over this incident for years as the greatest injustice ever committed on a sporting field.
Gary Lineker: "In England, some might call that 'cheating.'"
Precious.

As a member of England World Cup teams, he was forced to play against many swarthy teams, including Argentina. In fact, he scored in the "hand of God" game in which Maradonna cheated by knocking the ball into the net with his hand. Being swarthy in nature, however, Maradonna does not consider it cheating, but rather "cunning." See the video link from Ironweak.

Thanks! Their web technology is so advanced that I can post the webcam feed here:
If you watch carefully, you can see the occasional fly buzzing around. Occasionally it freezes up -- if that happens, just hit "refresh."

Still, his second goal in that match more than made up for the Hand of God.

I actually do not mind French rap. But that song kind of sucks. You may interpret this as just another post about how I know cooler music than you. If you have so interpeted this post, then you are correct. If I were ever sorry, I would be sorry now. Sorry about your inferior taste in music. But I am not sorry. It says so right at the bottom of this post.

Ah, Little Flower, your cool musicness does not intimidate me. Did you not read that I worked in the cool music store in high school? :-P I listen to much of the same as you (though, woefully for other reasons, less spin music, I am sure). And that song is silly. Posted not so much for merit as for "get your [general] head out of your Ameri-centric ass and see how the French are out-goofing themselves again" + "wow he can talk really fast" + the general absurdity of his position and appreciation of his sense of humor about it. Actually, given the popularity of it in France and the apparent lack of handwringing over it (not confirmed), it may mean that we've actually surpassed the French in inability to laugh at ourselves.
But I am heartened that someone out there other than me does not hate French rap.

I think some in England may consider the goal to be the greatest injustic ever committed, on a sporting field or otherwise. That is because the pasty English will never have or appreciate the cunning that is inherent in more swarthy cultures. So they continue to cry and gnash teeth about Cristiano Ronaldo playing in the EPL, despite the fact that, as far as I can tell, Rooney does not seem to mind his presence one bit.

If your musical taste were as cool as you say it is, you would spend more time making "my music is cooler than your music" posts and less time whining about "my music is cooler than your music" posts.
