Actually, maybe surprisingly, in the most prominent incidents of this, I have received confirmation of the lack of sex from both parties. I guess I am good listener. I did a lot of therapy when I was younger and I learned to feign empathy.

No. Not at all. They are marriages that are either ending or ae, as one would expect, highly dysfunctional, however, to my understanding, in the ones that are ending, the lack of sex or other intimacy went on for a quite a while (read: years) preceding the split.

And how do you know how often they get down?

Wrong. Last month, I bought a 3 quart saucier on eBay. It was a gift for me but I did the actual purchasing. The pan came in a box marked as a 3 quart pan. It looked sort of small to me but I didn't think much about it because sauciers are wide pans. The other day, I discovered that the pan only holds 2 quarts of liquid. I emailed the seller but so far haven't heard back.

Do I have to suck it or is it worth trying to pursue? I am thinking of a credit for the difference between the cost of a 2 quart pan versus a 3 quart, since I've been using the pan for a month.

I think maybe you mean "Admission of a Party" (if you're talking about the exception to the hearsay rule, which in the case of an admission by a party is really technically an exclusion, not an exception) or a "Statement Against Interest".
