Saddam Hussein Freed On Technicality
BAGHDAD裕he U.S. was forced to free accused war criminal Saddam Hussein Monday following the revelation that the former Iraqi dictator had been arrested in an illegal search. "American special forces neglected to obtain proper warrants before dragging Mr. Hussein from his hiding place outside of Adwar," Iraqi prime minister Iyad Allawi said in a morning press conference. "In accordance with international law, the Americans had no choice but to free him." Hussein, who is still named as the defendant in hundreds of outstanding civil cases, said his release was proof that the system works.

Since my employer has hotter women under his personal purview than I do, I imagine he would be quite eager to draw distinctions between sexual harrassment and rape.

Oh, and the fact that he practices civil litigation, which he still understands to be fundamentally different from criminal law. I imagine this is a fine point for a transactional lawyer, but it's kinda our bread and butter.

He did? Damn.

He so rarely mentions it. Except as a necessary component of the story concerning his early discharge from the Champagne division of the Texas National Guard, I'd be surprised if it were ever uttered at all.

Not exactly. But I wish you guys would make up your mind about whether Clinton had good reason to bomb that factory.

The way you keep interchanging the separate situations of Juanita and Monica is rather telling.

Did you formally work for Hillary's staff when they were working to contain further so-called "bimbo eruptions"?

Yes, I read her bio, and in comparison to the heavyweights of international affairs on this board she is indeed laughable.
Careful now, or someone's going to start quoting (e.g.) Ramsey Clark at you.

That's a lot of text for late afternoon. Can you just quote some of the crazy parts?

Tellingly, the important thing about Reagan was the image he presented.

Seriously, does anybody know what happened to Gore? I never really liked him, but as VP he struct me as at least sane and rational (other than his Earth day frolicks). Any explanations?

Agreed, but that wasn't my point. My point was that any prudent employer, given the current jurisprudence related to coercive work environments, would and SHOULD be concerned when a subordinate employee is having sex, consensual or otherwise, on work time, in the work place with a superior. Do you dispute that? Would you advise a client (other than one in the porn industry) that this is something that they should not be concerned with?
I would advise a client that if they're still thinking about it several years later, it has passed from being a concern to the sort of mental illness that deserves clinical attention.
