Can Someone Please Tell Me

Why a sock perporting to be my cat keeps posting? While I can understand why everyone would want to be my fat hairy pussycat, the idea that poor little Candygram for Mongo has been warped into a drugged-out Nick Nolte is quite disturbing.

Oh, God, yes. We're talking about a totally outrageous paradigm.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

I am not your cat, nor could I care less about the fact that you feed the thing to excess.

Today, Continental says the fare hike didn't work and lowered the price again.

Damnit.
You didn't use that money I sent you to buy the tickets right?

You should feel privileged to have a tribute sock. You know you're "made" when someone cribs your material for their moniker. It's the height of internet-popularity. You're the cat's meow (so to say) now, babe!

No, that's been used on some off shore betting sites that Less told me about. Hope that's ok.

Hey, if you want to invest Lawtalker money in off shore betting, I think that's just great. Really, I consider it a failure that I never "invested" any of the donations to the site.

MONEY BEGGING MOMENT ALERT

Oh, by the way, they need to upgrade the site. The software is about done and MR is getting ready to set up a test site.

Send money via paypal people, or contact RT and ask her where you can send money if you prefer to send a check or money order. Show your new Admin some love. Yadda yadda.

She'll happily launder it for you, and I bet she'll only charge 3.5% which is even less than people are getting for the terrorists asking for money laundering help under the guise of "legitimate" businesses that can't seem to open an American bank account.

Dude, Mr. R, you are like so lame. You're like the geeky kid who gets to hang out with the cool kids cause you do their homework for them, only here, it's that you keep the playground up and running.

It's called sarcasm. Maybe you should look it up.

[Swan spoiler, if anyone cares]

I wish I had put a little money on that tall redhead with the asshole husband winning The Swan. I knew she was going to win and it became abundantly clear one round into the pagaent when a couple of the judges gave her 9.9 or 10 and gave all other contestants 7's and 8's. Not to say they were sandbagging or anything.

And the "prize package worth hundreds of thousands of dollars!" was pretty odd. $50k to spend on classes at Western Interstate University or some such thing and $10k worth of motivational speeches from Tony Robbins? Ok then.

Sadly I do. She quit the program/was forced out after the producers found (gasp!) a mirror in her bedside table. Merline made it to the pageant with no competition.

This Is Bullshit, James!

realityblurred reports:

The "Complete Season One" (as if there will be a season two) of Boy Meets Boy is on DVD today. The three-disc set includes all of the series' episodes. Also included is three hours of bonus footage: "Unseen Interviews; Andra Reacts to the Twist; Casting Reels; James and Andra's Elimination Deliberations; The Mates Enter the House; More of the Infamous Shower Scene; Hula Performance; Performances with Miss CoCo Peru; Original--and Never Aired--Boy Meets Boy Opening Sequence; Cast Biographies; Where Are They Now? Updates Written The Cast." Really scraping the bottom of the barrel with that never! before! aired! opening sequence, aren't they?

Your rant about Esquire may be a little premature. The "Brutally Honest Personals" feature was worth the purchase price. Although if I'd realized I could read it online for free, I may not have purchased the magazine.
