Yes, I have no problem with hands on my head or fingers running through my hair when I'm giving a blow job. My problem is with someone grabbing my head and forcing my mouth to the point where I feel like I can't pull away and do what I please.

Why yes. Yes he is. However, he claims to know EVERYTHING about Jimi's personal life because he's read medical records and diaries and personal letters. He also says that Jimi's life and Kurt Cobain's life were very similar - but they weren't - except that they both used drugs and both were in bands.
