Girl hair gets build up. For which, there are build-up-remover shampoos such as Fekkai Apple Cider Shampoo. Clarifying, if you will.

When girl hair builds up, it becomes limp and lifeless.

When boy hair builds up it is so short one does not notice.

I now know that Hank is a Choate double Crimson lad, but I was pretty sure he used to hold himself out as a Vassar alum. That may have been just to throw us off the scent, though.
