Here's what we do.

You and NCS can both come visit my den. I will put a little Donovan on the turntable and apply my extensive experience to determine which of you qualifies as a spinning hippy chick.
Donovan? Now I'm as wild about saffron as the next guy, but I don't think Hurdy Gurdy (sp?) Man is really what gets today's hippy chick a'spinnin'. Get yourself some Phish or Widespread (or at least throw on a Dick's Picks) if you want an authentic modern nubile spinning hippy chick experience.

Like the Flower, I dig the nubile spinning hippy chicks with the acid twinkle in their eyes.

Okay, folks. I was trying to be sarcastic. Or was that satiric?

Wasnt this movie hailed as most excellent?

SPOILER

I thought it was good for awhile, but the last twenty minutes was pure PAP. Pure dreck. I was waiting for Ben Affleck to crawl out of the swamp. Does anyone agree with me here on this?

I was not a fan of the movie. I think I fell asleep in the middle of it and only caught the beginning and end. But I didn't make an effort to view the portions I missed.

It strikes me that I've heard this sentiment before on this board. Do you all still talk about Benifer much?

Am I the only person who wonders whether or not this may have been some type of inside inside joke that is not really funny gone awry?!? EG: maybe Suzy Kolber once picked Namath up using that line and after screwing they had a falling out and then at the game this weekend the producer insisted on having her interview him and in honour of their previous tryst and falling out he decided to be a dick and try to embarass her on air?

Before you pile-on an all-time great Hall of Fame legend with baseless and deragatory speculation maybe you guys should try thinking outside the box.

I like the cut of your jib. I think there might be a corner office in your future.

Late in the season? Fortunately for the Wild, we've got a lot of calendar left in the season to recover from the non-Gaborik games.

Hey GWINKY, if you have connections to get All Star tickets, you can stay at the Manor. The X is a great hockey venue.

There was nothing baseless about my speculation. I could smell the alcohol on his breath emanating from my TV.

That's a beautiful and gracious sentiment befitting the holiday season that is upon us. Merci.

OTOH, future schmuture, I'm ready now. Thank god for the time machine.

Namaste to all and to all a good night!

Sheesh, once again its left for me to think outside the box to decipher what really happened.

Do you think maybe the reason why you smelled alcohol was because in your own drunken stupour you thought Namath was talking to you through the TV and when you leaned in to kiss his visage on the screen, that same screen deflected your own booze laden breath back unto to you? There it is then.

Carry on.

No, it was pantyhose.
But I can't for the life of me remember the brand.
