Perhaps you would be richer if you weren't gambling your money away? Also the strip club fascination could be a money pit.

Maybe he and his roomie shoudl start throwing weekly keggers, kickin it old skool (can we shelve this one too?), with a ten buck cover, but ladies drink free? And the beer is Bud, not Stella. I know folks who made some money doing this back in the day.

They must have changed ad companies because the pregame football show ads are ten times worse than the hockey ads. A parade theme? The spots are harder on the eyes than ltl. Not one funny moment in any of them.

Confidentially speaking:
Doug: Those big cons are gonna love you, eh?
Bob: What do you mean?
Doug: You're a cute little guy! They're gonna be lovin' you from
dawn until dusk!
Guard: TURN!!
Bob: Where are you gonna be?
Doug: I'll be in the cafeteria selling smokes!

Your last sentence works well without the comma.

And think of the money you'll save by sharing the Five Man Creampie with your friends at Cooters ("Our prices aren't the only thing going down!")

ESPN hockey commercials

WTF is up with the "hockey: made in America" commercials ESPN is running? Not only are they wrong (look, I'm as patriotic as the next guy, but come on -- give the Canadians this much), but they are just stupid. Some faux blue-collar guy on an assembly line with a bunch of TVs on a conveyor belt pretending to "make" hockey? Jesus! We not only don't "make" hockey, we haven't made TVs in the US since Ford was president. Factories in the US? Please -- unless you count the sweatshops in [insert name of ethnic area of your berg where the immigrants live] where illegals get locked to their sewing machines for 13 hours a day to make Kathie Lee (tm) sportswear.
Ahem. Anyway, every time I see one of those commercials, I just get pissed off. And I don't understand how ESPN, which has historically had *great* commercials, could come up with something so (a) wrong, and (even worse) so (2) lame.

They're stupid and it's a stupid way to sell hockey. But if they do end up selling hockey, then it's good for the game and I'm ok with it.
Nothing wrong with being patriotic, but it gets funny sometimes, like the other night when Mathew Barnaby jumped Owen Nolan and Nolan was winning and these guys behind us (Ranger fans) were yelling to beat the crap out of the stupid Canadian. You would think they could be a little more specific.
Edited to note that yelling USA USA does not make it any more clear.

Are you saying I'm ugly or unfunny (reading my posts hard on eyes b/c not funny)? I'm trying to decide where to stick the pin in the TM doll.

You're so cute when you're taken to the woodshed! (Face it, she's wearing a sweater around her neck, which you think is uncool, and you think she's the balls, and cannot reconcile the two, so you lash out at me -- it's ok... I understand... I still love you.)

And Shape, can you see fit to serve some Five Guy Creampie at Cooters? Or are they just way too apples and oranges?

Asperger Syndrome
Quote:
Asperger Syndrome or (Asperger's Disorder) is a neurobiological disorder named for a Viennese physician, Hans Asperger, who in 1944 published a paper which described a pattern of behaviors in several young boys who had normal intelligence and language development, but who also exhibited autistic-like behaviors and marked deficiencies in social and communication skills. In spite of the publication of his paper in the 1940's, it wasn't until 1994 that Asperger Syndrome was added to the DSM IV and only in the past few years has AS been recognized by professionals and parents.

Is their old ad company working for Miller Lite? The human dominoes commercial cracks me up.

You need to step up to the plate on that one. Once in 6 months, you may well as be married with that track record. No offence.
