Apropos of this, I actually caught a marathon of this television show over the weekend and was literally transfixed. Do people really do shit like this? I will not suggest that my own wedding was a tasteful, understated affair... hell, I'm a jewess from Boca... but compared to the women on this show, I looked downright plain-jane.

I categorically deny having Mexican food today, or for the last week for that matter.

Irma's. 22 N. Chenevert Street. They don't have a menu. You go in and they tell you what they are offering based on what looked good at the markets that morning.
The lemonade is the only thing to drink. It has little bits of diced fruit in it. If they have puerco en mole verde, get it.

The entrees are good, but I'm not a big fan of their salsa. The most important part of any TexMex meal is the chips and salsa.

I've never had Mexican Coffee, but, sorry, I'm pretty sure I don't drink it.

Some of us have been alloted more than just one FBetty. I love me.

In my judgment, a good Mexican restaurant will have good chips and salsa. I know people who think Irma's, the restaurant wonk referred to, is the best Mexican in Houston, and it's only a few blocks away from my building, but I rarely go there because the salsa is just sort of meh.

Unlike Hank, I usually don't start drinking until after work. Or at least afternoon.
