I could see this game ending 17-3 or 17-0. I'm not a real believer in Cody Pickett on the road.

If a GP has a college fund for the kiddies that will pay 3-4 years of the ed, does the parent have any obligation to save for it or can they just pump the money into a vacation home in the caribean and a some first growth Bordeaux?

Well. I guess I have my blame target all set for this week's deathpool. Thanks.

Well, it's not as bad as it could be, as I'm going with the NYFG. I'm laying off going with da Bears because (a) they boned me last year, knocking me out when they beat Tennessee in OT, and (b) I might want to use them in a few weeks when they host the Aaron Rogers-led Green Bay Packers.

So anti-str8 players would bet on a Bears easy victory and a Vikings upset.

I am not saying that I myself am not evil, but I would like to point out that your cat does that to nearly every single person he encounters for the first (and even second and third) time.

Well, I read on the Mod Board that . . .

OOOPS! Never mind.

Do not save. That will only encourage grad school.

Be very honest. Sit them down and tell them they graduate in four years and then they must leave.

A kid who knows your bank book is a kid who will lead you to the poor house. Trick your kid into thinking you're penniless.

I ussed to feed one of my cats shit food. then I felt bad and started giving the fuckers a taste of whatever seafood I had. Now the fucker get right up in the takeout sushi box and start meowing in my face. I find myself giving the dick sushi samplers. My wife gave the prick a piece of my white tuna last week.

When I catch her giving him toro (she doesn't know its the "good stuff"), her pregnant ass goes out in the snow.

I bitch a lot, but to be honest (shit, you know this), like Neil Young said when he was inducted into the Rock N Roll hall of fame, "People think I'm sad, but I'm allright... I've been riding in limousines for a long time" (except the limousine part).

Besides, I don't really have the handcuffs. My old lady's got a great gig. I might be able to work this into a gig where I could work from home and start writing again. I've got a headful of shitty screenplays to pitch and half-assed sophmoric blogs to pump out. If Judy Miller can garner respect for the pap she pukes, a few of my jackass analogies could pay the mortgage, no?
a. It was not clear to me that you were happy in your announcement of the pregnancy, but I will add my congrats on the assumption that you are. Babies are cute and nice and as rp said on the parents' board, lying next to a sleeping baby and holding it is an incredibly peaceful experience. Lasts until at least age 3.

b. You can go "What If?" just as much about "what if I never had a kid?" as you can about "what if I had had a kid?" so I'm not sure where you were going with this.

c. I will be highly amused if your wife goes part-time or whatever and her income goes way down and you are more trapped than ever after the baby.

d. Respect doesn't necessarily mean being able to pay the mortgage.

e. The waffle tires on the SUVs should be able to kill (and tenderize) the kid just fine. Their heads are softer than adults'.

My parents sold their house and bought a one bedroom loft when my youngest sister finished high-school. They're happy as clams.

In the late 50s I was still in college. You couldn't get reception in most dorms

My folks got rid of the home shortly after my sister finished college and moved into a pseudo-retirement community next to their golf course. They're very happy. No home maintenance.
