Random observations
Backpack with suit - bad. Backpack with bad suit - worse. Backpack with bad suit and Doc Martens - still worse, but somewhat amusing. All of the above with a poly-blend shirt and quite nice tie - confusing as hell.
Break out the spring shoes/sandals, by all means. But please PLEASE have your feet in condition first. I don't mean have your toenails trimmed and clean and/or polished. Have all the dry, crusty corns on your heels scrubbed off, too. And shave your toes, if necessary. And get shoes in a big enough size - no one's foot looks good hanging off the back of a pair of mules. Some lotion on the legs would be nice. And please remember that wearing spring sandals, even black ones, with a black winter wool suit looks stupid.

Actually, the new bad result stems from the factory-like process that now occurs, leading to the advice that, as you lay there waiting while the doc punches your numbers into the machine, make her read the patient name on the chart to you.
Seems the new batches of lawsuits are from docs burning people's eyes with the wrong corrections.

If they aren't getting up, possibly in part because one person is recovering from (admittedly minor) surgery, you owe them minimal chit-chat before adjourning to the bedroom to unwind, perhaps by doing an ass-licking 69 thing.
When you said "nightmare" I figured children running amok and parents vomiting on the new furniture.

MR, you said the Whales had a kid, right? Is it fat too? Was it bogarting the tv and eating your Apple Jacks out of the box with its grubby little paws?

Yeah, Jared Lorenzen should be the issue. Eli Manning, however, probably will be cut before Jesse.

I had it, with mixed results on "sucess" but am glad I did it. PM if you want detail advice.

I guess the real question is, which couch would he choose?
You can both help your case by sending me naked photos that I may or may not post for a TMBD III.

That's the dilemma. The factories do it more often, so they should be more experienced (and offer lower costs due to economies of scale). But the other side is that they sometimes do it TOO often and SO fast that they stop paying attention to what they're doing.

Dr. Boothe pays attention. Lots and lots of attention. He's a wonderful guy, and I'd say that even if he wasn't my dad.

I think it is evident from ABBA's post that we are lounging on the same couch.

I just want my eyes fixed. If I want attention I'll go back to that strip club in West Virginia.

I get a kick that someone who lives in Minnesota feels as superior about anything as you. (Although it is pretty nice during that 3 week stretch that you guys call summer.)

The first time I had PRK, I bounced back the next day. The second time I had PRK, I was flat on my back for two days in serious pain. It would have taken a lot for me to get up off the couch. Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't think I did get up off the couch.
