Yeah, probably even more pissed than I found out that she had just fucked some guy, and it would probbaly really hurt my feelings

I don't get this. You wouldn't be more bothered by just a spur of the moment cheat?
"What did you today dear?"
"Oh, bought junior some new shoes, screwed the Cablelady, ummm- paid the bills..."
That implies something more wrong with the relationship than does slowly slipping into something more meaningful over time- doesn't it?
I mean- what's worse-- wife and this one woman she met and really got into fell into something-- or she's so bored with what you have she randomly fucks a stranger? we're all human, anyone can fall in love with someone even though you know you shouldn't.
PS- your posts are so long there's always something that can be attacked WTTW.

I think this only implies a problem for people who ascribe some important emotional component to a sexual relationship. If there's no connection between emotion and fucking, there's nothing to threaten when the fuckee is a third party - it's as meaningful as having the quick conversation with the shoe saleslady.

The fact that women do it with women without being truly long-term "lesbians" more than men do it with men without being truly long-term "gays" is just a societal thing. History could have gone a different way and Sebby would be offering to show ShapeShifter a quality blowjob, but guys generally don't fuck other guys unless they're at the gay end of the spectrum, whereas women cross over into some playing around all the time. And thank god for it.
(2) I didn't see anything problematic and I actually believe that she has never lied to me about anything now. I think that she has more of a problem with booze than I thought, though, because I realize that she tends to really pound drinks a lot and quickly, more so when I'm not around.

Two things.
(1) You've been watching too much porn and "Spring Break in Cancun" videos. Women cross over into some playing all the time? Really? You know, I lived in a sorority. Did you? The women who crossed over all the time were lesbians. Card carrying lesbians. What you see in spring break are performances for the camera. Do you see a lot of random hetero women just making out in bars all the time, do you?
(2) This type of behavior is caused when someone comments on your drinking or eating. If you've noticed that she drinks more or faster when you're not around, then maybe just shut up about it once in awhile.
OK 3 things. (3) What Spooky said.

Most Depressed Cities
Bad news for Sebby. Or maybe not.
Men's Health compiled this list based on antidepressant sales, courtesy of NDC Health; suicide rates, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); and the number of days inhabitants reported being depressed, based on the CDC's Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, accessed through bestplaces.net. Whatever the reasons, Philadelphia has earned the melancholy distinction of being America's most depressed city, followed closely by Detroit and St. Petersburg, Florida.
The 20 Most Depressed Cities
1. Philadelphia, PA: F
2. Detroit, MI: F
3. St. Petersburg, FL: F
4. St. Louis, MO: F
5. Tampa, FL: F (surprising)
6. Indianapolis, IN: F
7. (3-way tie) Mesa, AZ: F, Phoenix, AZ: F, and Scottsdale, AZ: F (not surprising)
10. Cleveland, OH: F
11. New York, NY: D-
12. Salt Lake City, UT: D-
13. Atlanta, GA: D
14. (3-way tie) Yonkers, NY: D, Pittsburgh, PA: D, and Kansas City, MO: D
17. (3-way tie) Long Beach, CA: D, Los Angeles, CA: D, Nashville, TN" D
20. Portland, OR: D
I think LA works it's way in there not so much that people are depressed, but that people really really like their antidepressants there.
The 20 Happiest Cities
1. Laredo, TX: A+
2. El Paso, TX: A+
3. Jersey City, NJ: A+
4. Corpus Christi, TX: A+
5. Baton Rouge, LA: A
6. Honolulu, HI: A-
7. Fresno, CA: A-
8. San Jose, CA: A- (surprising)
9. Lincoln, NE: B+
10. Bakersfield, CA: B+
11. Buffalo, NY: B+ (wha?)
12. Anchorage, AK: B+
13. Stockton, CA: B+
14. Shreveport, LA: B+
15. (3-way tie) Madison, WI: B, Montgomery, AL: B, and Des Moines, IA: B
18. Wichita, KS: B
19. (tie) Sacramento, CA (shocking): B and Omaha, NE: B

I was going to try and post something funny about this, but frankly, I'm too shocked to learn that NFH is a sorority girl to come up with anything.

Tell me there were at least some semi-nude pillowfights.

THis is not news. Are you still looking at FB Dossier v4.1? Pay the $20 for the upgrade. The updates regarding RT's favorite toys are more than worth the price.

I've said that before.
Would it make you feel better to know that I almost got kicked out when the guys from a neighboring frat kicked down our back door looking for me, their back door and their stuffed bear? Which I had in my room.
Ane then I had to pay for the repair costs. The nerve. It's not like *I* kicked the back door in.

Mostly boredom on this call and the realization that it will be too late to get fast, good sushi when I get off of it. Stupid Chicago not having the sushi options of Midtown. So, I decided to try to amuse myself with some selfgladhanding on sexuality, which is probably top five of my favorite topics to bloviate on.
As far as never remembering movie quotes, 2. I just have a bad memory for that stuff.

They called you their Back Door? How degrading. That chick who wrote Pledged would have loved that anecdote.

They called me a lot of things that morning. Back door would have been tame. It's funny how mad guys get when they come out of their initiation ceremony and find their back door and stuffed bear suddenly missing.
It took 8 of us to carry that heavy metal door 3 blocks up 47th. Totally worth it. I almost got 7 pledges kicked out at the same time. Because we had photos.

Any of our beliefs about this are anecdotal. I propose a poll:
Gender?:
Primary Sexuality:
Ever pasionately kissed a member of the same sex?:
Ever fondled/petted/sexually rubbed a member of the same sex?:
Ever had oral sex with a member of the same sex?:
Ever had penetrative sex (including with an implement) with a member of the same sex?:
M, straight, N, N, N, N
My belief is that there are a lot of straight women out there with a few Ys in there. Let's see... Maybe I just run with a more permissive crowd, but this is going ten years or more into college, too, when my crowd was different.

(btw your poll is flawed w/r/t gay people; they'll answer Y to all without discussing whether they've tried batting the other way; unless you just don't care about their answers, in which case you should tell them to stop answering after that question)
