Question

Does anyone use IM anymore? Who do I need to clean off my friends list now that I've thwarted the IT nazis at my company?

What the hell is wrong with you?

That's the dilemma. The factories do it more often, so they should be more experienced (and offer lower costs due to economies of scale). But the other side is that they sometimes do it TOO often and SO fast that they stop paying attention to what they're doing.
I think its like this: odd prescription or challenging injury, etc. go to a factory because they've seen it. -5 standard cut and burn go to your doc who does 5/week because you'll have his attention.

I was -12 and went with my doc. While waiting for the procedure I overhear him telling another doc "I'm doing a -12. I've never done one that bad before!" Not really confidence building.

All the more reason to get in a workout and tone up.

Of course, he could always try the houseguests' Ding-Dong Diet to bulk up. But I think the first option is much better.

edited to note that the avatar doesn't really match the writing, but we know he is maple-flavored - perhaps he's a slut too - one can only hope.

Let this be a warning

Timing is important. Talking about lasik and hockey is sure to kill the discussion, especially when it was starting to turn into a sex talk about ABBA and GWNC.

Injecting a degree of randomness

Seen this morning while paying large amounts of $$$ for gas: One incredibly ancient couple, were easily into their 90s. Wife stayed in the car, husband moved around okay but only considering his age.

Their vehicle of choice? A newish, jet black V-8 Chevy Camaro.

WTF? Did they stop making Buicks and Crown Vics or something? If you're going to have a midlife crisis and buy your teenage wet dream vehicle, why wait until you're 90ish?

Very disappointed that he didn't lay rubber leaving the station.

On another note, Mini Coopers are apparently so 2003. I've seen three in the last week, here in the middle of flyover land, where I did not think there were any dealers, and not far from the trailer homes of paigow's beloved midwestern proles.

I did not express an opinion on midwestrn proles except to say that the beached whales sprawled on the Ruysbroeck furniture sounded like them. Part of being a prole is a tendnecy to be fat and sprawl on furniture on a Friday night and not get up to thank your hosts. Doesnt mean I dont love em.
