And, jumping on the bandwagon, Lindsay Lohan turns herself in to police for DUI. Booked, printed and out.

Accompanied by her attorney, the 21-year-old actress surrendered at the Beverly Hills Police Department Thursday afternoon to be fingerprinted and photographed, Officer Brian Ballieweg said.

Lohan and two other adults were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when she lost control and crashed into a curb and shrubs on Sunset Boulevard on May 26, police said.

Obviously too much car for her.

This is because muscle weighs more than fat. You can lose weight if you're not exercising, while looking like you've gained weight if you've lost muscle and put on fat in the wrong places. Of course, there's a tipping point where you're no longer losing enough muscle to counter the fat gain, but this is why a mirror is always better than a scale.

Hey, I've done a single sprint triathlon, and I aspire to one day do an Olympic. I'm in awe that your first is a half-iron.

Half-Irons in no way shape or form could be considered wimpy by me.

You're right though, and I tell people this all of time, the difference b/w the half and full Ironman is huge. You can't even compare them.
