For the benefit of sparkley, and because I'm bored and in need of a change but not wanting to get a haircut, I have deleted my avatar.

It's too small to use for pizzas, or for the quantities of things that she would heat up for a snack for everybody, but bigger than she would choose for heating up something for her, or even her and hubby.
I guess the best explanation I can think of is, she has it, and usually just chooses not to use it. That has to count for something.

Your friend has multiple ovens? To cook in? On purpose?

for spa junkies (like me) in NYC
Ok, my esthetician just sent me this link because I guess she likes to feed my addiction. If you are in NYC, (or visiting and want to go to a spa), it provides you with a list of which spas that are having specials each month and you get a 15% discount. fun!

Real Cancun & peanut butter?
Hmmm. Now I'm interested.

Friday, April 25, 2003 (AP) -- They might revoke my film critic privileges for saying this, but I have to admit it: I liked "The Real Cancun."]
More or less interesting than this:

I resent it being implied that I'm Dr. Hathaway. Mitch, if you must. Laszlo, more likely. Even crazy-girl. But NOT Jerry Hathaway. And not Kent either.

Hey, great news. Looks like CBS is renewing JAG, signing David James Elliott for another 2 years.

Here's a link to the anon posting information: http://www.lawtalkers.com/forums/sho...=&threadid=156
It should not be used to conceal embarrassing information like this:
I used to watch AMC during the Tad and Jenny days, I watched Santa Barbara (because it came on in the morning, so mom and I would watch), and I watched Y&R because Meg Ryan was on and she was really good.
I watch Passions from time to time now when I am working at the house because it's funny and the storylines are resolved fast enough that you don't need 15 years of backstory to know why two people are fighting. And there are witches.

I like Ed. I like his movies. Maybe I'm an idiot, or maybe I'm blinded by the shared ethnic heritage, or maybe I just think that Jennifer Anniston is hot.

I remember liking The Brothers McMullen. It was the second or third date of what became a long-term relationship. Of course, since I share the same ethnic heritage as Not Bob and Ed Burns, I might have misjudged the film's quality. I do remember that my then-GF was dismayed at the picture's portrayal of Irish Catholic guilt. There was some conversation along the lines of, "You're not really that fucked up, are you?"
Of course, Ed Burns has made a lot of crappy movies...and he put Maxine Bahns into some of them. Ed Burns can still redeem himself if Heather Graham follows the same pattern as Maxine Bahns...that is, falling into the female lead in a series of Skinemax movies. The fact that Heather Graham can actually act poses a problem, but the fact that Heather Graham is as dumb as a (shapely) box of hammers might solve that problem.
FWIW, some critics have liked Confidence and even the bad reviews seem to peg the film as a breezy, stylish caper film. There are worse things to watch.
The only certain truth is that Jennifer Aniston is hot enough to make most men lose their judgment.

But...but...but...it's so pretty!
And to purse junkie, I can count the number of times I've used both ovens at the same time on the fingers of one hand. Mostly we use the oven for heating up pizzas and dino chicken nuggets.

This post made me gag so hard I almost upchucked into the trashcan.
Perhaps I have an overly strong gag reflex. I think I would have to be put under general anaesthetic just to get the uvular piercing.

For the same reason, I enjoyed the movie, though I acknowledge it was not very good. Oh, and it's completely inappropriate Easter weekend viewing with the extended family.
