Last season there were quite a few pms who didn't get fired. Neither of the Stac(ies) was the PM when they got fired. Maria wasn't the PM when she was fired. The very first guy who got fired wasn't PM. I'm sure there are others but my head hurts just trying to think about the last season.
So far this season only the PMs have been fired. I hope the trend will end soon b/c it's boring.

Two seems high. I don't think anyone on the show can win it.

spoiler space bitch!
Perhaps trump could instead of offering projects, offer jobs. "Trump World International--the most fabulous trump hotel in the western hemisphere--or Trump Palace National Golf Club--the finest golf club you can join. Your choice: the bellhop or a caddy"

It is obvious that Wendy is out next week. I actually liked Robert's outfit, other than the lack of functionality on the waist of the pants. The top was cute, though maybe not on all body types. Better than any of his recent efforts. But he was clearly no going to win, so no real loss other than he should have made if further than Wendy.
Kara Saun is good. I think Jay has more creativity, so he really hits with some; not so much for others. Austin is a total longshot because his sense of style is so out there (too poofy, flouncy, etc.). Not a crazy pick, but I see Kara winning it all. It will be cool to see all three of the finalists' full shows though.
If Wendy makes it to the finals, I'll fuck Shape Shifter.*

Project Runway spoilers - er, not really, but still ...
Wendy is so totally still in it because she is good television with her hystrionics. It's sadly just gotten more and more obvious that eliminations are determined more on TVQ than overall performance or the individual design. I appreciate that they prominently show the disclaimer that eliminations are made based not just on the judges scores but in consultation with the producers, but Wendy should so obviously have been eliminated in each of the last half-dozen or so shows (OK, maybe Kevin did deserve to get it in the neck last time, but he has consistently performed OK and Wendy has consistently been one of the two worst on the mat, so based on overall performance she should have gotten the hack).
Certainly Wendy should have been out over Robert, but then I really thought Jay should have won last night, though Kara's design was very good. Had I been Jay, when they said "ooh, it's just so butch" I'd have promptly replied "that's just because Austin is so butch." Because, quite honestly, had you put a woman, with even slight bust and hips (or significant bust and hips for that matter), into that number, I think it would have been dead sexy - the butch aspects would have registered as marlene deitrich style androgynous and it would have had a completely different feel to it. Besides, Jay's sweater was really cool. I'd wear it, and I don't even aspire to work for the post office.
As I've said, Kara to win, Jay and Austin filling out the top 3.

Police: Student died from 'water intoxication'
Friday, February 4, 2005 Posted: 8:21 AM EST (1321 GMT)
CHICO, California (AP) -- A California State University student died of "water intoxication" during hazing in the basement of a fraternity, authorities said Thursday.
Matthew Carrington, 21, died early Wednesday while drinking water from a five-gallon jug and doing exercises at the Chi Tau house near the Chico campus, said Chico Police Sgt. Dave Barrow.
An autopsy showed death was triggered by hyponatremia, a condition in which excess water in the body causes sodium levels in the blood to drop. Water is then absorbed into the blood and fluid builds up in the brain.
The case was still under investigation, and no decision had been made on whether to file charges.
Carrington's is the second pledge death at Chico since 2000, when an 18-year-old died of alcohol poisoning.
The university cut its ties to Chi Tau in 2002 because of "a series of increasing problems and complaints," including excessive alcohol use and loud parties, a campus spokesman said.

I was a 21-y-o freshman. Some people do other stuff after highschool than go straight to college.
(patting myself on the back for use of "college" and "freshman" - pretty soon no one will know I am not one of you)

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS:
How is it possible that ecstacy wasn't involved? Slave? The possibility of water intoxication death absent ecstacy use has just bolstered my argument on this one.

In Canada, maybe, but I doubt this guy was late to the party because he was planting trees, smoking dope, and having lots of sex. More likely going to community college, smoking dope, and masturbating in his parents' basement.

Well, I guess I thought if you took 3 or so years off before going to college you wouldn't be down with the greek dealio. I guess I was wrong. Once a greek, always a greek.

6 carat pink diamond ring for sale
A year after Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck called off their wedding, her engagement ring has been “reacquired” by New York jeweler Harry Winston, said Carol Brodie, a spokeswoman for the jeweler, on Friday.
Brodie confirmed the ring is for sale, but the price is available only to “serious buyers.” The transaction was first reported by People magazine.
I'm thinking that whatever he's asking is too high. Would you want that curse on your engagement?
