So, according to the Washington Post , Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki has accused Condeleezza Rice of making statements that only help the Terrorists.

rice's statement was that the Iraq government is on borrowed time. she was just stated a reality from the fact that the Dems are fighting to set time limits- isn't she?

42% say this "surge" wil make no difference (Q 15)
32% would vote against funding the troop increase (Q 16)
and
11% want the plan to fail (Q 19)
