If this link works for you you can see the Alan Thompson goal here, with all of the other Celtic goals from that run:

Great, now you tell me. I'm already knocked up by Ronaldinho.

Oh, and that stupid Celtic supporter song that played during the interminable video you linked to? Worst. Song. Ever.

Today I noticed an advertisement for Planned Parenthood NYC on the top of a taxi. I read the ad in its entirety because I was waiting for the light to change and noticed that it directed me to a website as follows: www.ppnyc.org Gave me some food for thought --just a morsel rather than a steak, really.

It could very well be. I couldn't get the link to work for some reason and missed both the goals and the song. But before you crown whatever pathetic piece of crap it was I could easliy nominate about a half-dozen Celtic-related songs for Worst Ever.

There is something about sports and music that does not mix. "Superbowl Shuffle," anyone?

You don't cry every year during "One Shining Moment"?

The national site is www.plannedparenthood.com, if people want to find their local chapter or whatever.

OK, I went looking for the political arm, which has to be separate from the charitable arm, and I'm a little disturbed that the line is not clear on their website. Of course, I don't entirely remember where the line is supposed to be, but I know that there is a line.

I am not sure why there is a line. Does there have to be one?

Charitable organizations can lose designation as a charity if they participate in certain political activities.

Here's a link to a PWC brochure that gives a quick overview.

You're welcome. When I did an actual search for Planned Parenthood's history with that issue, most of what came up (on the first google page, anyway) was in Canada, where I guess this became an actual issue for them.

I think that I may be getting advocacy (which is OK for 501(c)(3)s to do) mixed with politics (not OK) in my head.

ETA no, it's the lobbying thing. Not that anyone cares. That 501(c)(3)s can do lobbying, but it's limited.

The vibrate and heat your fancy? That is most excellent service. Though in Minn., I suppose the heating part may be a necessary precursor to any sort of exam or anything.

You mean domestically or the Champions League?

Domestically, La Liga is up there but some would say the EPL is the top league in Europe. Liverpool play in the EPL. You may have heard of them -- they're pretty good.

If you mean the Champions League, there is no question it's the top European club competition. Ronaldinho and Barcelona are going to the next phase of that competition. So are Celtic, but Alan Thompson is on the bench these days.
