The best cure for soreness is working out the same muscles. I'd say after you've gone through each muscle group twice (thoroughly), you won't be too sore after working out. But you want to be a little bit sore after each workout every time.

I do not get sore from walking. Unless I am wearing inappropriate shoes. After the 6 mile walk the other day (I give us 7 since we each had to walk to the walk), Mr. Man and I walked a couple of miles to a bar and back around dinner time. Look at me, Miss Braggy Walker!!!

And I drove by all the statues on the way to and from work every day. Hi Lee! Hi Jeb! Hi Stonewall! Hi Arthur Ashe!

Oh, puh-leeze. Outside urban areas, the whole country is basically the same. Rednecks abound all over the north!

OMG, you are an uber-smug walker.
In all seriousness, pls confirm that walking is decent exercise I cannot bring myself to run at lunch and then shower in that not-private bathroom. bleh.

I'm not tooooooo sore, I'm just somewhat sore, in muscles that I have done basically the same thing with like, uh, maybe 9+ times in the past 3 weeks (legs, elliptical). It's not pain, it's soreness.

You KICK MY ASS on the walking that day, since I think there were people who parked within a block of where I live.
You are Pretty Lady supergirl on the exercise, apparently.

One hour North or South of Pittsburgh may as well be Deliverance.
